I have an addition on my question last week about : idea to shelves
I am very happy you want to make that video!
Because i am on the point i need this imformation for an idea.
But just to clarify what i meant
I don't mean only the pitching because i think you did a video on that 1 or 2 years ago on that subject.
What i mean is :
You have an idea.
You want a prototype
How to pitch that and let it getting produced
How and where do you let it produce
Then you recieve it
Then you test it
Then you adjust it and make a second prototype
Till it is what you want.
The pitching to a company is the next step.
Maybe you can do a little interview with someone from a pitching team of a company .
Maybe Lloyd Barnes from Murphy's Magic since you guys are good friends.
And he can tell what is important for them if they see a pitch and maybe he can give tips about pitching your idea.
And then you can tell about the process from when your product is accepted till it hits the shelves and you have to promote it.
Because sometimes accepted pitches can take 1,5 year to hit the shelves for what i understood from you.
And maybe if it is possible to tell how a deal between a magic company and a magician can be
(maybe a difference between first time release till established name in the industry like you)
I understand that you will have a better deal then a magician who never put something out
But thats the reputation you have build for yourself.
I also understand this can easily be a 2 hour + video and gives you a lot of work.
But i hope you can do it like this or maybe even better.
Hi Craig, I just recently purchased Level up, so those questions definitely gave me more insight into good presentation and reasoning when I perform it. A lot of the magic I do is based on anime/manga and video games, so Level Up will be perfect to add to my act
Hi Craig - love the Q&A's - thank you for all of your time that you put into the magic community. My question is - do you have any advice for first walkabout/table gig - I've had some interest from friends i've shown magic to for work/group events they are involved in but not sure where to start

Hi Craig, great Q&A as always! Two questions, the first would be an interesting video idea actually. It would be super interesting for you to do a video, charting every one of your releases in order, talking about what they are, when they came out, your opinion of them now with the benefit of hindsight etc. I don’t think I’m the only one who would find this super interesting!
The second question is years and years ago I had your 2 DVD attack/return of the bag set. Saw it again on Alakazam and thought with you revisiting your older items like chop, keymaster, mirage, nightshade etc are you currently or would you every consider working on an update and rerelease of your coin bag material? I remember it being really strong, hard hitting stuff and think it would be a great way to introduce a new generation to the coin bag, like you did with people like myself all those years ago.

I really enjoyed your latest "Whats in Craig’s Close up Case" video and was wondering if you would consider doing an in depth follow up on your actual process when you get to a gig with that case.
I.e..
How do you actually decide which effects you will do on the night?
Do you go back to your case multiple times during a gig, and if so how do you manage that?
What's your process with resetting?
How do you integrate new material?
Time management at each table?
Blah blah blah..
I know you have covered these subjects in various videos but as someone who struggles with putting all of these points together when I get to a gig (especially when in comes to integrating new material) it
would be amazing to hear your thoughts in one susincent video.

I'm commenting this after getting back from watching the young magician of the year competition and wanted to say how incredible Ryland's act was.
My questions:
1. I'm looking to do things with the Invisible Deck and also things with a mem deck. I know you have your projects visible and forecast which give ideas on this. You say some of that material is now on the netrix so I want to learn that stuff should I just join the netrix (which I plan on doing) or should I still buy visible and forecast as well?
2. Could you do a video on classic card tricks and how they can be done with other items to make them better (e.g. out of this world with evoke, Chicago opener with monsters and oil and water with cube 52)

Recently bought the excellent Nightshade Coin Set and working on the amazing Copper/Silver routine has highlighted a long-time problem with my coin sleights; the problem of flashing coins through the gaps between my fingers? It seems to be the more relaxed and natural my hands are, the worse I flash and that one move from the Copper/Silver routine really accentuates the problem. Any advice? Love your stuff Craig, keep it up. -Tom
Hi Craig. I want to learn to use both halves and whole dollars for coin magic. Does it make more sense to get familiar with both at the same time or to get comfortable with one before moving on to the other? Or does it even matter?

I feel like kids these days are more likely to recognize Nintendo games than coins. Fifty cent pieces are almost never even used anymore these days. Brilliant idea making the principles of coin magic relevant for modern audiences!

Question for craig, the magnetic 8 ball is great, but wished the explanation had more time length & ideas, have you found other ways of setting it up, because i want to use it, but I've found the ball sticks out & is slightly visible underneath from where its supposed to be. Not sure if this is a question I can ask without exposure.

Hi Craig, could you name three tricks that you love to watch, but would never do yourself? And why wouldn't you do it?
I've "discovered" that if you faro a stripper deck, with each half turned in opposite directions... The result is a deck the suddenly takes in Sven deck properties... But each side of the deck is a different "force card" for lack of a better term.
Other than starting with a red/black separation that ends in me being able to cut directly to whichever color I want be chosing which end I pick the cards up from, I don't see any application for this.
Do you know anyone who's done something with this idea before, because I only got a stripper because there was one in front of me, and I never used it other than messing around for about 20 minutes... So I'm not exactly well-versed on the topic.
