Hello Aze, thank you for all the wonderful videos you make that are greatly adding my understanding and developing my knowledge of linguistics.
If you don't mind, I had a question about words starting with vowels in different languages. So I have been looking into syllable structures with onset, nuclei, and coda clusters, and I notice, looking at these syllable structures, none of them mentioned vowels along starting syllables or words. Are vowels that start words standalone syllables, or can they get a coda cluster since they cant receive an onset?
