I Study in UM5 Rabat as well, this got me stunned that they let you present your thesis in English bc it's NOT common.
Most of thesis here are presented in French language!
How did you convince them to do it in English? I study Economics, btw I am not a pHd Student, I am in my bachelor Process.
I would love to give me some tips on how I could convince them to do so.

It really depends on the field that you will be investigating, the new technological field like AI or cybersecurity, machine learning, etc... required an English approach, that is the case for that field but in economics, it also depends on the field such as logistics or supply chain management or international trading... and furthermore, the more valuable your thesis is, the more you want to write it in English, so you can publish it in international journals and be recognized by international researchers as well.
and why not get a noble prize in economics if you make a revolutionary theory or add something new never was seen to the field x=)
