UG connect working hard to bring us this content!!! 3 videos in 24 hours 💪
i feel happy for u man since u have touched on the shores of indian ocean which we simply learnt about in primary school or secondary school in ug,, all the time just seen on the atlas maps. an experience to remember in yo older age but i wanted u to show us that point where offloading cargo takes place, where ugandans pick up their cargo like cars to bring in ug...thanks for showing us morning side on the ocean,,, god bless us all....
That's a restricted area, cos of border control, customs and generally a protected area.
Kenya ports not allowed
I hope you tipped him man, you took so much of his resting time.
Top content everytime! ❤️
Ug connect is definitely having the time of his life in Kenya..
Actually the reason we call our guards soldier is as a way of relating with them in a respectful way.
Stroking their ego
@@considerthis4227😂😂😂
Congratulations my Ugandan brother following you.hope your people can just cross over and enjoy the Indian ocean you are most welcome.
Thanks so much Pauline
That ocean water can heal, I had some wounds since childhood, but just some few hours of swimming at the pirates beach healed everything!
It's the salt and other minerals
Askari is the normal word in Kenya too, also includes non commissioned people in all security agencies. 'Soldier" is used just to make askaris to feel important and do you small favours. They dont like to be called "watchman" which is normally the word used.
Ooh thank you so much for the info
Soja😅
Before you even asked, I was thinking of commenting on how you're progressing in your new language acquisition skills. Keep going.
You're crazy! Am impressed by how fast you're learning swahili 👏👏👏
Enjoyed this video very much! The Indian ocean looked so massive and beautiful. I’m glad you had a nice experience.
You are doing great!your swahili speaking is picking up very fast. Good progress and am impressed. Seems you are a fast learner in many fields. So far😊👍👍👍
Thank you Diana 😊 I'm trying
If you want to see sand dunes go to chalbi desert Marsabit county in northern Kenya
Noted
You are doing well with your Swahili. Soldier is a term of respect for watchmen. You can use Askari too.
In Kenya being politically correct is very important.....Don't demean people by calling anyone Watchman or Housegirls, or other names used by unethical and uneducated fellows, the same way we dont call people youtube guys, or social media guys we call them artists or content creators....strive to be politically correct....and be mindfull about ageism, that is discrimination based on age, you saw the young man, was somehow offended by saying hes too young to be a soldier...its good to be polite
Thanks for the constructive feedback
We call them guards or watchies
Early in the morning the water comes to the beach then during the day it will have settled so then people can swim. At 6 in the evening it goes back again to the ocean. So if u went back to the beach a few hours later, u could have really enjoyed
South coast has the best beaches in Kenya, try visit Diani beach.
Kumbe you can swim😊
Antii Malika is there.....roast him
The salty water has haling properties for your injury.
Visit the white sandy beaches
Thanks alot for the info my dear
@@ugconnect While the salt in sea water is much higher, the composition of your blood plasma and sea water is exactly the same. So any use of sea salt or sea water fortifies your blood!
Very nice to see an undisturbed coastline and beach front. Keep it that way Kenya
Try visit Diani beach it is rated amongst the best white sand beaches in the world
I can't believe you didn't know any Swahili before coming to Kenya. This is commendable!😮
Yes bro, thanks for sharing. That salty water is good for dead skin removal. Actually it heals. I was there last month. Love from Uganda

Salty ocean water/sand is therapeutic and dawa for your wound.

What's the name of this Accomodation you were staying at in Malindi?
What is the name of that place you were staying
Wow amazing ❤
Thank you! Cheers!
Diani is very good
Kijani residence😂😂
The security guards are called watchman, soldier or askari.
Ooh thank you for the feedback
Calling them watchmen is so demeaning. I hope you don't use it
Your Swahili is really good.
Asante
Come rob watamu beutifull
Thanks
You're learning swahili very fast
U left the ocean without a dip in the ocean??
Hahaha I was scared of the water
Here u have conned us our data bro,😂😂😂😂😂 u didn't swim sebo.., u fear water? also the ocean salt ain't itchy even on wounds but it is like a healing balm, even to the eyes it ain't itchy, I swim under water with my eyes open in the ocean.
😂😂😂😂
Hi bro! U asked if ur Swahili is gd. I cn only advice thru own experience to hav learned a European language before I cld study. In all languages I opine, it’s better to master de grammar first & foremost! Buy a Swahili grammar book, de rest wil come up based on constant practices! Enjoy ur stay & tak care!
Thanks for the tips!
😂😅 your chickening out yet you wanted to swim
You are afraid of tides? That tide is very low by the way 😂😂😂😂
Hahahaha
It is definitely salty 😂
😂😂😂 testing 1,2...
A police man is called Afande in Kenya.
Or simply polisi.
Afisa wa polisi. Afande is general address to any disciplined afisa wa serikali za Afrika Mashariki.
@@tfl4963 it's actually got some Arabic and Indian origin as in effendi***
I meant that when addressing them, you call them afande (meaning a high-ranking soldier) to massage their ego. Just like security guards we call them soldier or askari for them to feel they are somebodies.
Bro can sgr transport u together with your motorbike
The SGR is purely for passengers but there's another freight for cargo..
3 days without a new video? I hope the Somali pirates didn’t kidnap you in the Indian Ocean bro 😅
Sharks
Why did it take you so long my brother to visit the ocean?
I fear ocean water
@@ugconnect Enjoying your videos. Very informative
Thanks alot my dear
@@ugconnect You go through some rough areas, very brave young man just to show us how other people live ❣️Surely the ocean is a Breeze for you lol🤣 God be with you always
More than salty 😂
Dont be scared you are man.
Hahaha
Indian Ocean manyee? It is called African Ocean bro!
Thanks for the clarification
The Indian Ocean.
It goes all the way to India...India was named after it.
Indian Ocean is the name, it goes all the way there
So you have swim ? Haha.
Hahaha
