Could be the High Pressure Fuel Pump, I know mine is struggling to start when it’s cold but once it’s warm with some pressure in the system it’s ok 🤷🏻♂️
Did you recode the ecu to the new battery? There's no voltage regulator in the alternator of these cars, its "smart" and controlled by the ecu. The ecu needs to be told its a new battery, what type and capacity. If it's set wrong you can kill the battery prematurely.
