28 million way too much for a one room apartment, don't care how luxurious it look, plus its way too small.

This is the capital city of Jamaica so it will be expensive. If you compare the prices to that in the city of Canada, UK or USA this is far cheaper. Get real people.

@@cheftonhall3297 if u use foreign currency it definitely is. U need exposure cuz u can make more money in the USA, UK and Canada however not in Jamaica. There is a reason why foreigners can purchase those apartments more than Jamaicans. It’s expensive to a Jamaicans point of view but u have apartment in Canada ten time worst looking that probably pay the same amount in rent. I can’t say for the UK but in the US like in New York, Boston and even LA place look similar or worse for more money when u convert to Jamaican dollars.

Not worth buying, those are basic amenities and size is tiny. Would rent but no to buying. Building fails to utilize solar or renewable energy, lastly balcony is a F. Way to small to be called one.

Apt too small...build more spacious apts....spacious rooms, walk in closets n lots of storage spaces, walk in pantry, green areas, fire escapes etc.

Yes, the prices would be affected because the rules of demand and supply would be applied.
What is Jamaica obsession with this red. No matter what shade of red you put on a building it take away from any sophistication you would want to project. This may be a nice building but the colour scheme on the outside is not classy. Red building is either a Fire Station or Brothel. Come on Guys stop using these dark colours in Jamaica; it's a small country, so the lighter the colours are, the more spacious and fresher the building looks. Even when you use lighter colours don't use too many, sometimes just two colour can look more sophisticated, LESS IS MORE!!!
