FRV: Bus Route 172 | Aldwych - Brockley Rise | GAL EH202 (YY67 UTA)

- After Visualizing the 363 I saw 176 coming in to Elephant And castle and took it to Waterloo. Then I was going to do route 59 but it was going to take 8 minutes to come. Then I saw 68 coming and I was going to run for it but there was so many cars coming so I just gave up so I had this thought of doing 172 but I saw 176 pulling in but I was at the second bus stop instead of the first. So I switched my mind back and I did the 172. And unlike all the other FRV's I made, this one is probably my most easiest and enjoyable one. I barley had to do anything all I had to do was to lay my phone on the window and just hold it so that it wouldn't fall over. And I must say this driver was a absolute W. When I took the picture for the FRV thumbnail, She asked me "did you take a picture of me" and I was like "no" then she allowed me. When I got to the last stop she was like "was you recording the route?" and I was like "yes, I'm a bus enthusiast" then she said "do you have a channel? because I know a lot of them that has one" and I said "yes I do"
then she said "let me see your channel because sometimes I watch bus video's" so I showed her and she said "ok I'll watch your video when I can" and I said "ok" and she allowed me to take a picture of the interior and after that, I got off and headed home as my battery was a bit low. So 172 driver on GAL EH202 if you can see this, Thank you so much! Your a true one. Anyways I think we're getting off topic. I rate this a 9/10 and I highly recommend doing as you can get some pog drivers.

What i find interesting abou this route is that whilst it doesn't really seem special to me and I HATE that it was reduced from St Paul's to terminating at Aldwych instead, it is (I BELIEVE) the only bus in London that'll take ya from Waterloo to New Cross Gate in one journey
The 171 used to go to Holborn but got reduced to Elephant and Castle and the route used to go across waterloo bridge aswell.

I HATE it when buses are reduced! Same thing happened with 45 (which I argue is the most atrocious reduction) - it used to go to King's Cross, but got heavily reduced to Elephant & Castle as well
But see whilst there are reductions, there are extensions like 136 - it used to go only to Peckham but got extended to Elephant & Castle 😄

@@bryannoumonvi2621 yeah 45 is literally copy and paste 35. it would have also been good as 59 also got cut back to Euston from kings cross, but then it got rerouted to St Barts hospital
