At the end of the video, what does omega sub one and omega sub not represent?

Curvature of space.If omega is greater then 1 then the space has some curvature,if it is equal to 1 then it is said to be flat.For example a plane flat sheet of paper would have omega=1 but if you roll it around it would have omega greater than 1.
