When I installed my radar detector I was able to find a switched 20 amp fuse with a tester and a fun fact, if you put your dash cam on the same fuse as the 12v, you get constant power for about 1 hour, a beautiful thing in parking lots

I don't have the Maverick yet but in my Audi and my Cadillac, the radio stays on if you remove the key for 15min then automatically shuts off or it shuts off automatically when you open the door. Is that the case with the Maverick?
Yes, my Maverick does that. Also installed a kicker sub and was nervous when the amp light stayed on after I got out and locked the doors, but it turned off after about 2-3 minutes. Radio turned off right away tho after opening door
I don't know how the B&O system sounds but I think it should sound a lot better than the factory system. Anything sound better than the factory speakers.
I saw all three video installing audio system changing remote wire and checking sound system I have one question Dc and ac power of subwoofer i have to keep on dc or ac bcz in two video it was up to ac i think and other remote wire video it was on dc side
I just installed a kicker hideaway and I’ll get rattly awful bass noise out of the sub even at low volume, and gets worse as volume goes up. I checked wiring about 5 times, grounded it to the same place you did. Any ideas as to why? My amp and sub also turn off when the auto start/stop happens at red lights. I should have just went to a audio shop I think 😂

The radio seems to have enough to power and run any speakers so you should be ok.

The Key fob I got it from Amazon and it protect and looks good.
Any idea how these speakers compare to the B&O system? I have a Mav with the B&O, they're decent but they leave me wanting more.
I don't know how the B&O system sounds but I think it should sound a lot better than the factory system. Anything sound better than the factory speakers.

Keep it on DC so it can turn off when the speakers are not receiving power anymore and power on when they do.

Makes sure the amp is connected to the right fuze amp 15 or 20 not anything lower and try it. Thanks for your comment
how did you set the gain and crossover?
Halfway in the gain but it depends. How you like it.
is the amp still constantly powered?
It does stay on when the car is on and turn off when the car is off.
