Nice. La Jolla is very expensive. People were commenting on privacy. Try Solana Beach. It's close to La Jolla but the homes are more spread out.
The one prime factor in this listing is the location. if you don't care what the view is, you could build this elsewhere in San Diego for approximately 4,000,000, maybe less.
