  • Life is beautiful and life is hard. People make things better... sometimes worse too but overall better! I wanted to spend some time talking with you about how we connect to others and how we connect with "self". Maintaining relationships can be challenging when our situation is misunderstood. There are so many factors that must be considered regarding the way EDSers manage their lives.
I hope this brings sunshine to your day as I couldn't resist taking you outside with me when the clouds finally broke from rain and the sunshine poured through!

    What is Ehlers Danlos Syndrome?
The Ehlers-Danlos syndromes are a group of connective tissue disorders that can be inherited and are varied both in how they affect the body and in their genetic causes. They are generally characterized by joint hypermobility (joints that stretch further than normal), skin hyperextensibility (skin that can be stretched further than normal), and tissue fragility.

Oh yes I do! I am getting my PHD in marriage and family therapy which is entirely ironic for my world... but I also teach at a university. All mental health related... 💜
