- The Blueberry Daiquiri is a tasty twist on the originals. We add blueberries and lemon for flavour and combine them with simple syrup. It uses white rum as the base ingredient. This gives you a gorgeous-looking cocktail and a fantastic blueberry flavour. Try it out, and let me know what you think.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exquisite blueberry daiquiri you crafted, I used plantation 3 star because that’s all I had on hand, and it was delicious. There is no substitute for fresh ingredients in my opinion
Thank you very much. I like using fresh ingredients wwhen possible as well.
Certified Gold!!!!!😁
I'm glad you like it.
It's the first time that I see a not blended daiquiri! I'm gonna try it this summer!
This is really good. I hope you like it.
That looks amazing and tasty David 😊 I will be trying this for Friday when the girl's come over from a pre mother's day celebration even though none of us have children it would be a great way to bring in the festivities😊 great video my friend as always..thx for sharing... smiles
You are very welcome Sharrie. I hope you and the ladies have a great time.
That is a yummy drink. Have a great week.
Thank you! You too Ulgarth!
I love daiquiries. I had my first one ever only just over a year ago, but since then I've made a few (to quote My Way by Frank Sinatra...). Havana Club is a really nice rum for a Daiquiri.
I really like them too.
Daiquiri : a great cocktail with many variations.🤗
David maybe you will make also variations like:
Cardamom Daiquiri, Bella Donna Daiquiri or Black Daiquiri ?🙂
Very tasty and equally interesting cocktails, which I had the opportunity to try.🙂
Hi Liana, I have not tried these. Do you have of the ratios for these?
Looks stunning, thanks David!
You're welcome Jonathan
Looks amazing! Awesome video David!! Thanks!

That is one pretty drink !!!
Thank you, Its tastes great too.
This is gonna be a good drink 🍸. I can't wait to try it!. On the white rum, would Bacardi be acceptable?
Hi Eric, yes that yould work really well.
Question, could 🤔 blackberries be used as a variation with the same ingredients?
Absolutely Eric. Blackberries would work great in this,
Looks great! I'm curious how come lemons are used instead of limes? I had always thought Daiquiri's were made with limes? Or is it that the lemons pair better with blue berries than with limes?
That is a good question. In this case the lemons pair better with the blue berries. They are less tasty than a lime. This balances the flavours better.
But why is blueberry not blue?!?!? :P love fresh fruit in drinks like this. A with blueberries and lemon is so good.
I know right? You expect a beer blue colour. But they taste so great.
If you make a blueberry simple syrup instead of the simple syrup + blueberries, would you vary anything? Or just use the same ¾oz of the blueberry simple syrup as you do here and omit the blueberries?
I would not really chnage much. But test out a little more of the syrup though as blueberries add some sweetness on thier own.
@@boozeontherocks that's exactly what I was thinking, like bump the blueberry syrup up a bit
@@joshthomas1334 let me know what you finally decide on.
Such a beautiful colour, much nicer than the often ‘over-extracted’ colour of syrups and cordials
Thank you Maggie :)
I'm gonna love making this one for others because I'm allergic to blueberries
Darn Matthew. Swapp some raspberries or blackberries in place.
Look nicer than a Cosmo.... blasphemy LoL.
It tastes great too.
😂😂😂
Thank you.
Top looking cocktail, can't wait to try it.🫐🍸
Hope you enjoy it.
