Tocchet is the kind of coach you can only dream of. Love the guy and his humor, but i also heard the other guy is supposed to be good aswell
When he was hired I was like 'meh'. Whatever. I have never been so wrong about someone in my life. Love this guy! So cool, centered, nothing comes easy, gotta put in the physical and mental work. We are so lucky to have this man as our Battlefield Commander. Fingers crossed they can end it Tuesday night. God knows Huggy could use some well deserved R&R.

Nah, I'd rather play sustainable hockey and generate chances from at least 2 lines. Don't get me wrong it was an awesome comeback but we won't win many games if we are unable to enter the zone, get under 20 shots, and rely on 1 line.

The fact we've had so much success with some of our top guys maybe not performing as good as they can be is both good and bad. It means we can still be a lot better but also able to get the job done by any means necessary. If this team is firing on all cylinders its a handful for anyone in the league.

That is their game plan. They know they cannot win a fair game against the Canucks, but if they injure some key pieces of the opposing team... Running into Demko and DeSmith was not accidental. They are goons.

The Conn Smythe has gone to players who didn't show up in the 1st round before. I think Petey will light up against a team that's not throwing 3 guys around in the middle of their zone.
I think he shines more when the enemy team plays man on man D instead of what Nashville do.

Yeah I wouldn't mess with that. He's adjusted to the intensity. Although he needs to work on his 5hole. He likes to lift his left leg up when he butterflies. Oilers know this and have scored a few through 5hole.
