I wish they would not all fly on same transportation
Apparently they are not supposed to fly together but they still do seemingly despite the Queen requesting and reminding William. Definitely willian and George should not travel together. This is my understanding. They should be more alert after what Megan has allegedly said " we are one plane crash away from the throne". Does she know something that no one else knows about?
Public transport wd not have got them back to London in time for the evening Jubilee event where he was giving a speech.

What I love about The Queen, William and Kate and Anne Princess Royal is that they are a constant positive. They are dedicated and have never faltered. For me personally it is wonderful to see people who actually have dedicated their life to a job a Country. Not many would or could without loosing sight.

Last minute change / photo op to walk back to the palace rather than drive. Notice the detective radio to halt the vehicles when he exits the helicopter. Then they discreetly follow on afterwards. Also smart uniformed officer who salutes William as he passes. Don’t see British police salute very often.

It was a joy to see. he made A WONDERFULLY CONTROLLED AND PRECISE LANDING. Haz couldn't pass his flying test - but is anyone surprised by that? A US president is "landed" in a 'copter - has any of them ever flown the prezzy's 'copter in civilian life? Just asking.

For those of you who thinks he sacrifice where else could they work part time with an art degree and a geology degree and make the income they have.

When he wed Kate they retreated to their country home where he worked as a part time helicopter pilot. He donated his small salary and collected a 3 million dollar allowance. Even the queen called him and his wife lazy.
William is a trained emergency pilot. He has to fly to keep his hours up for his licence. I’d prefer him piloting than many others.

I love helicopters. I've only been in one twice but would love it to bmy regular mode of transport. No more sitting in traffic jams, while exhaust fumes pollute the air, and a birds ey view of everything. Heaven 😊

A big NO from me!..... i d freak out, in a small copter with the deep height visible right next to my seat at the window..... i sometimes had to fly in these private planes with my boss when i was still working and i died a little of fear everytime and tried not to show i panicked everytime the plane took off, these small planes make me nervous, i trust the technology and pilot skills of regular passenger planes much much more! ..... However, if they fly only with RAF staff they re surely skiled and experienced pilots and the machienry maintained properly.

Prince William and Catherine have flown commercially before. There are picture's of them boarding planes. They also do work on improving the environment even though they ride in helicopter's and private jets etc. One of the main differences is that MM and Harry are "do as I say, not as I do." They have no projects going on to to help improve the environment. They're all talk. On the other hand Prince William and Catherine have projects about being more aware about our environment and taking care of it. Even reaching out to children and listening to their ideas. You have to remember that Prince William is in line to the throne and he and is family must be protected all the time. Just like our American President has to be protected all of the time. He is a senior working Royal and it is his job and duty to serve. Harry and MM stepped down as working Royals. They need to stop acting as if they are. There is no reason for them to ride on private jets especially, if they're concerned and preaching to us about climate change and then do nothing about it. They're not making a difference. Prince William and Prince George are strictly prohibited from flying together just like Prince William can't fly with his father. They are all in line to the throne and if something happens to one of them then it basically insures the other will be okay. Better to lose one than 2. Heaven forbid that ever happens. There is a huge difference between the 2 couple's. One is saying yes, something needs to be done and they are addressing the problem to the best of their ability but, they also realize that there are certain things such as modes of transportation they can't do anything about because of the position they are in. The people who won was already involved in the work they were doing and we haven’t heard much about them or their progress since. Prince Harry actually started Travelyst for environmentally friendly travel. He is working with all the major travel agency to help the environment. William is flying his whole Earthshot to America. Large carbon footprint. How many planes will it take to get all the staff and equipment here. They could have filmed in in the UK and televised it internationally. Waste of British taxpayer’s money. That thing went up like a rocket when it took off.
Windsor in Berkshire County to London is 45 minutes driving ? Why by heli ? and that extremly long landing and also the leaving was extreemly long.
They push push push the green agenda and then use the heli. I wish I had a heli.
The long landing period specifically for this aircraft is two fold, one is that it is weakest point in the flight, it is envisaged that an attack would occur at that point, which is why it lowers and approaches, BUT retains full power in case someone deployed a device or physically approaches it then it is immediately airbourne again, (you also see this on take off for the same reason: the flight gets to ten plus feet then lowers then raises swiftly, the reason again is it is presumed the attackers will strike then quickly fearing if they dont get it quick they will miss their chance etc). The second reason(in this example) is because as demonstrated here they want the aircraft door to open away from the crowd, the flight arrived in the correct format but facing towards ultimately where the cars could approach, they cant on the side it has landed as not enough room between the mowed pad grass and the longer common grass. It was obviously decided then on landing they wanted to walk as you see the protection officer (sharing co-pilot tasks like radio whilst airbourne) telling the cars of their plans. So the long winded procedure after approach was solely so the aircraft is between the public and HRH and effectively a barrier or protective asset if someone suddenly decided shooting the group was ideal
