*I bought these and used them at the river where I get snags often they have done a **enjoyable.fishing** recommend great job of not breaking along with some strong line I purchased as well. They are super durable and easy to use.*

Love your videos and how you always include Texas in all your videos. Because of 1fish2fish i was able to hook up to my first bullred, but i think the hook tore out of his mouth. Anyway, on the fish finder rig, what hook would you recommend? I use a 5000 series reel on a 7f 1oz- 8 oz rod with 30 Lb line. My main place to fish is In the Jetties. When i hooked up to that bullred the other day i was using a high-low rig and didn't even notice him on. this being said my wife hooked him.. Sad day in a man's life.

Do you use a circle hook with the popping cork? Does it need a weight if so?

What pound test for my main line should I use if my reel holds from 15/335, 20/275, and 30/205 braid? I have a Penn Sargus 4000 5+1 stainless steel bearing system with a Gear ratio 6:2:1?

Hard question just off the size of the fish your targeting. Most recommend 15-25lbs for redfish, braid my favorite is sufix 832 advance line.

Those set ups are great for smaller redfish. what size hook are you using for the 30 -40 l bull reds? Where I fish in Texas I almost never catch a red in the slot . they are over size and I find that the smaller #2 hooks do not work well. I am using a half of a large blue crab for bait. The hooks I am using are not that great either and I need something better.

WITH THE CAROLINA RIG, ON THE LEADER LINE COULD YOU USE A SMALL FLOAT BOUT HALF WAY BETWEEN THE SWELL AND THE BAIT. THANKS

So for a jetty, fishfinder is likely the better bet? Sorry, newbie here!

Can you explain how you make your popping cork setup? Like what mm beads you use and where you can get them? What oz egg weights are you using?

The popping cork rig with the slider wire is one that you buy at your favorite tackle store already made. There are several versions of them.

Biggest mistake is throwing live bait out and letting it sit. Not going to get the monsters like that.
