I remember Kyoto, 2019. I'm Italian and I lived in Sardinia for most part of my life, then I moved to Netherlands.
I visited some places in this world, but even if we are different from culture, I don't know, something struck me like lightning when visiting your country.
When I came to your country, I felt like that was my country, the country In which I never born, but from which I felt home:
When I saw this video, and ther like this, the feeling is the same: I have nostalgy from my home, the home in which I never inhabited.
But I feel Sardinia and Japan are somehow spiritually close, from the respect for the land and the spirits of the rivers, the clouds and the mountains.
The strong respect of the nature: the deep primeval sensation you can feel in the Fushimi-Inari is somehow similar to that one you can feel, for example, when visiting the Ancient Wheel of Santa Cristina in Oristano. But I'm talking about sensations.
I loved Kyoto and I loved your hospitality, your warmth.
Thank you, my brothers from another life.

The best thing about Japan is that, you can walk in the streets at Midnight without worrying too much for your safety. Japan is very disciplined and safe country - and a Paradise!

確かに京都は外国の観光客の方が多く、暑さはともかく渋滞も多いですねぇ。滋賀に住んでいた時は巨大な琵琶湖があるので道が狭く国道もインター付近も渋滞しっ放しでした。京都も紅葉とかお祭りとか、シーズン時の渋滞は本当にご苦労されているかと察します、、。
