We have man tgx 18.470 gearbox scania opticruise it won't shift gear. It jumps on N, what could be wrong? Please help

Position sensor

Optcruise tries to engage the gears, it does not have a reading from the position powder sensor, or the gearbox shaft rotation sensor to engage the gear at the right time, so it falls into neutral

It's worth to mention that we have these fault codes also:

Boa noite, fiz um teste desse,mas não consegui fazer a tração da eca, computador conecta ,entra modulo da caixa ,ativar sangria da eca ,daí tem pré requisito (motor desligado,carro ponto neutro,freio de mão puxado) dai aperto ok,ele manda abrir sangria,aperto OK,ele aparece (OPERAÇÃO MAL SUCEDIDA)
