I love reading fantasy book sagas. A. Rice's Mayfair Witches, D. Harkness's Discovery of Witches, Song of Ice and Fire (aka Games of Thrones) have made me escape several times each, but for some strange reason, i have never read or watched the Lord of the Rings. I have recently bought the books and was planning to read them this summer (I love to couple sun and sagas😄).But now I probably won't be able to wait this long. After watching you (you read it 12 times or more ??) talk about it, someone somewhere is telling me to discover this ringed universe sooner, so thanks !
I would put the estimate at 40+ times! It is a book that sucks me in from the start and doesn't let go until the end. Actually, it doesn't let go even then, because there are the appendices that have sooooo much more information! I am excited for you, and you better check back in and let me know what you think!

Like you, I am a great fan of "The Lord of the Rings".
The Illustrations are nice, but I am a bit dissapointet, because the minor arcana are not fully illustrated. There are enough characters in the story for further pictures.

I agree 100%! I think the most disappointing thing is that they left Sauron completely out! How does that make sense? This is what happens when the motivation for a deck is to make money from the fandom rather than coming from a true LotR nerd!
@@TheZenWitch You are so right! Sauron should have been the Devil.
The failure with Boromirs father as Theoden is another sign for the flat-bottomness of the makers.
I also find, some of the illustrations are a bit naiv, nice but too childish. But this is my personal meaning.

Thank you for sharing... When I saw this deck, although I loved the art, I put it back because I knew that *LWB* would have been a pain in the patooty! So disappointed. Maybe if reprint, they will reconsider a book rather than poster, and yes... accuracy in the descriptions!
One phrase you'll hear me use a lot is "ease of use". I feel like authors and publishers get so caught up in presentation that they forget why we buy them in the first place!
