I have been and am kaushik's fan, but here he is wrong , movie is worth watching
Sorry but the story was simple, nothing complicated at all
Sets like weapons looked like plastic, Kashi city was poorly designed, it didn't even looked like a proper dystopian environment
In addition to that the fighting scenes were poorly choreograph, wiring work can be seen. The action sequences was over exaggerated where prabhas knocked out 4-5 people in the air.
In case of Amitabh, since he's an ancient warrior, The scene where he carried 4-5 people was ok for me
They did a great job on Kali's design and some few scenes the cgi was Hollywood level
But at the end , the cgi was terrible especially when prabhas tried to take down two air ships by mounting on top of it, i personally feel the movie makers were getting restless
They wasted their time and money on making and advertising the car. If they could have focus more on the script it would have been much better
The only good thing about the story was prabhas as Karan
Other wise, its a pretty average movie

Loved this movie...I absolutely love it when filmakers integrate important events from our Sanatan Dharma i literally got goosebumps seeing the Mahabharata Scene,seeing the reveal of Vijay Devarokonda as Arjuna..... Absolutely nailed it by the makers.....WE NEED A PART 2 ASAP

First time in my life I am feeling pride for my country while watching a movie not because of it's patriotic story but for it's peace of art. 'Yes we can' - we can compete with Hollywood. The story, the VFX, the acting skill, the BGM, the vision we can compete with them in all aspects.

3. Good world building ,it only begining that's why it doesn't tell us about characters in more detail and other things.

Negetive points of kalki :-
1. Confusion in the character of prabhas aka bhairava, first half he was portrayed as incarnation of kal bhairav but in climax suddenly he became incarnation of karna ,though the story tells a lot how he was abandoned much like karna and then was raised by captain.
2. Myth about karna and his Vijaya dhanush, firstly karna is portrayed as a hero in this film and this film was much more about the story of ashwatthama and karna with kalki being the main point of their retribution, secondly ashwatthama tells Vijaya dhanush is more powerful than gandiva but in reality gandiva is much more powerful .
3. Music and sound fx was not that good ,if movie has music like bhramhastra then it would be more entertaining for first half

First half would focus on exploring "Complex", rather than typical South Indian taste. They may shown how prabhas enter complex in Tom Cruise style and explore life of complex. They show life on complex in a boring way. They would make it grand and spectacular.

Ya right.... I have seen many overhyped Hollywood films which in totality are great but the pace of those movies were very slow that I sometimes got bored until they finally show something interesting. The recent example was OPPENHIEMER. Though I liked the movie in totality but it was not engaging enough... Yes even Marvel DC films too get stressed too much.... until the final climax fight made us feel overwhelmed and satisfied. In my opinion, the 1st half of Kalki was not at all boring. In fact, I enjoyed it. But the 2nd half was so FANTASTIC
