Keratopigmentation is a novel procedure that permanently changes the color of the eye by means of creating an intracorneal tunnel with the aid of a femtosecond laser and inserting a special pigment in front of the natural pigment of the eye.
This procedure doesn’t involve the opening of the eye and therefore avoids intraocular complications like hemorrhages, infection, retinal detachment, and glaucoma.
Automated with the highest precision laser technology, the procedure is performed under topical anesthesia with eye anesthetic drops and is not painful.

You’re being deceived. The lighting gets in the way of really seeing the lack of detail of the dye and also the large pupil hole is permanent. The pupil size should be the size of dots under those bright lights. People who have had this procedure done complain that people think they are wearing contacts.
He looked better with brown eyes. I really think only few people can pull it off. Blue eyes is not for everyone!!

why do people get colors that don't suits them and it looks 100% not real or lenses? just do a natrual color if you want it so bad.. like a little light brown or something... not everyone can rock the Blue husky eyes.

These always look unnatural, but it's hard to say whether people are just picking the wrong color for them. A darker blue might have looked fine on him.
This company is not FDA-approved and u can go blind, love yourself the way u are.All that the doctor does is creating a tunnel with the laser so he effectively cuts the eye into the cornea and adds ink like a tattoo, the cost will be sooner or later their eyesight.
It would be way better if those iris implants had some textures and patterns to them. The ones they choose look so monotone.
The pupil opening is large so it has that robot eye look.

He is supposed to have a darker area around his eyes, like virtually all blue-eyed people, resulting in ugly, strange plastic-like eyes.

This same effect can be achieved by simply putting on $15 freshlook colorblends party contact lenses I mean if you’re dead set to change your eye color at least use some natural means like pigment laser removal instead of wedging some plastic garbage under your eye

Ikr! These are less realistic looking than contact lenses. Icoice, Just4Kira, Colorcl, Solotica, etc all have lenses with more detail than this eye tattoo procedure. Both color contact and Kerato pigmentation will have a pupil opening that’s why they will always look unnatural so it’s better to spend $15 and have option of taking them out rather than spend $12,000 and have a permanent set of robot eyes 🫣😆

Idk but this look like color contacts I have the same procedure and when the Dr was done (not him) my pupil looked super small and he used a light to make my pupil small and big and here just look like contacts even with the light on his pupil is so big

No to my knowledge briteocular replaces the iris, kerato only works with laser and it's like tattooing the eye so no surgery.

I don’t think you can considering why this is able to work. Brown eyes are just blue eyes with an extra layer of pigment on top. Take off the pigment then you end up with the original color

@@stephen1922 Yes, it's just not reversible because you'd be asking him to remove the inserted pigment, I'd imagine that'd mean him opening up your entire eye and somehow taking the content out, too dangerous hence why it doesn't exist, but say from blue to brown it does work, because as you said it's just added pigment, unlike laser eye surgery...
@@BigNasouyi Honestly it’s an alternative now with basically no other fda approved options. But the color just isn’t natural with variance. I would only pick a very subtle tone with this rn. It’s basically an irreversible eye tattoo.
