As an Uber driver who stays on Disney property, I can tell you đŻ% that there are people getting pulled over every night on World Drive now. Mainly between the 536 overpass near EPCOT going toward Magic Kingdom. They also sit right on the other side of the bridge, just past the Gas station, going toward the Grand Floridian. They sit right where the speed limit goes from 40 MPH to 25 MPH. I've been out here for 3 years driving on property and this really just started to pick up with police pulling people over in the last year. Before that, I'm not sure I ever remember seeing anyone pulled over on Disney property.... I can't help but to feel that Desantis has something to do with it because it really didn't start until just after his war with Disney started. đ€·

Animal Kingdom needs expansion, not retheming, and definitely not retheming that will keep 1/4 of the smallest park closed for years. Another failure from IP Iger that the next CEO will have to fix.
Exactly, especially since Animal Kingdom is the park with the most expansion space available!
I hear so many people saying they dont want the encanto ride to be trackless but that literally seems like the most sensible option for a ride like that
How about just using the haunted mansion system? It seems to work touring that house and barely any breakdowns the modern system used in Little Mermaid is handicap accessible which I also think that park has a lack of.

I have been on Mystic Manor and the Shanghai Zootopia ride. Also I have seen some POVs of the Tokyo Beauty and the Beast ride. They are INSANELY SMOOTH and are really cool to have vehicles move freely around and not on a track where it can only go one way and one way only. Disney has made some smart designs with this system on their rides and I am looking forward to seeing it!
I think a boat ride would be the best option like in Fantasy Springs
I Am Happy Fantasmic! Returned at Disneyland, but it's Sad that the Maleficent Dragon Figure will No Longer be a Part of the Show because that one got Destroyed by the Fire. Disappointing Changes Happen Sometimes, but We will Always Expect Better Changes
So what's the point of fantasmic without the dragon then?
I just really hope they don't close Dinoland/start construction until after September because that's when I'm going to experience one last time

As a 4th Generation Veteran , I really like what they are doing for Tiana's Adventure with the WW1 Veteran pics and storyline.

A little sad that only the queue shows that while the ride doesnât really tell you about this mountain bayou since this is supposed to be a sequel to PATF, where this salt mine mountain was not present in the movie
What about the road work on Floridian Way to allow the Shades of Green to cross the street to the Polynesian (Disney removed the walkway stating that it was for road construction, but nothing has happen in 3 years)

Fantasmic! without Murphy!?! The Maleficent Dragon has been apart of Fantasmic! since the beginning. Itâs even in the promo posters. Donât take her away.
They don't want them to risk it burning again, and you can't really blame them.

I have a feeling theyâll bring the dragon back in a less flammable manor, maybe by a new boat or by drones.

Im sad to see dinosaur go, I think Indy makes more sense at Hollywood studios. That being said, im still looking forward to Indiana Jones getting a new ride/story in Disneyworld. That franchise is too fun!
The question is how will it fit animal kingdom? With avatar, it fits because of Banchees/icron and how flora and forna can possibly make us think about our world too, but I don't know how an indie artifact will fit.

is there any chance of getting a Dinosaur Gertie still? My mother was in hospital during preorder period - and just recently passed in the hospital due to medical negligence suddenly. I would love to get one in her honor, as âheâ was one place we always stopped every trip, got a treat, and took a photo. From our first trip in 1989 until her last trip she was healthy enough to take in 2019 (to celebrate 30 years & 30 trips), I am so lost without her & having Gertie to hold close would be so incredibly comforting.

If it was an expansion, it could be fine, if not great if executed correctly. As a retheme of existing attractions... it's another Iger disaster.
Exactly! Animal Kingdom is a park for animals ancient, real, and imagined. It already sucks that we dont have dragons like the one on the logo, and even more so now that we're losing dinosaurs
Maleficent dragon aka Murphy is being rebuilt in London England right now for Disneylandâs 70th anniversary next year

Watched, well the WDW video of Fantasmic. I absolutely love some of these updates. As for the finale, It will definitely make for a great b mode once we get that dragon back. Far better than the previous b mode. But I do wish they had leaned in to the Florida version of the finale just a little bit more. Granted I've yet to see the Florida version live, only on CZcams. But bring on multiple villains just a little bit more if you are just going with a vine that would probably be no problem for Isabela (Encanto)

I have only one problem with Disney. It takes them years to decide on a concept, then design, and change designs, then commit, and then 5 years to build anything. They are so far behind on imagination, over Universal. There should be something new every year, at each park. Big or Small, A ride, A show, A new shop. Disney is charging more for less. You would expect to see something new if you visit every 3 years.
Really sucks that we're losing the dino land, it's an integral part of the park. I love the idea of a South America land but not at the expense of a whole land, especially when AK already is lacking in rides

That stage/screen at EPCOT looks like a bad state fair. Not trying to be negative, but holy cow, that doesn't feel or look like Disney at all. Terrible.
I find it very odd thatâd they be setting up a staging area for Dinolandâs purported construction and whatnot near Kali and Maharaja jungle trek, when thatâs nowhere near Dinoland (Everest is between them) and thereâs already a fairly massive empty area that is just behind Dinosaur and where the marina is behind Nemo. Also, what road needed to be set up for those people to get to Dino? The backstage ring road already extended that far, although widening to more than one lane each way to accommodate increased traffic and large trucks with equipment or props does make sense.
The gall of Disney to close down the walkway for real veterans from Shades of Green on prop hotel, AND honor service quite gratitiously on TBA.
I hope that they do something with Fantasmic in Hollywood Studios. It is really... lacking. They have a dedicated stage/theater to do something awesome! Unfortunately it is underwhelming at best. đ

Well they finally figured out a way to open Fantasmic! after the Maleficent dragon was destroyed by the fire but I am hoping that they will bring back the dragon someday because it is what fans of the show really do miss and upset when it burned down.

That would have actually made a lot more sense. The trouble is it's also a Blue Sky property and that studio got shuttered which is very sad, and they seem to be leaning into "relavent" IP i.e: studios like Pixar and Lucasfilm etc. Whatever happened to timeless?

There is certainly speculation that Coco will be part of the Beyond Big Thunder Mountain project at Magic Kingdom. Hopefully we learn more at D23 this year.

The updated scene was quite lacking. I did enjoy the return of Peter Pan. And most importantly, the original exit music.
It's so close to be as good as the original version. Just need to get a new dragon, and I really wish Mickey didn't appear on top of the cider mill until the finale. Adjust those things, and it's the best version.

Can we just got back to calling it Reedy Creek, the current name is lame. You donât see grifted appointees overseeing Universalâs, Sea Worldâs, or The Villages districts.
The military photos look nice and cute, but also knowing wounded veterans can no longer get Das leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Of course itâs not the imagineers fault, itâs the money hungry executives who want to charge more for genie plus by forcing admittedly abled body people faking disability but mostly legitimately disabled people to buy genie +. Bring back Das for people with medical papers proving they need it to accommodate for their disability. That way we get rid of the fakers and no disabled person has to faint in line because they were denied das and couldnât afford genie.
Whoâs paying for that Kirkman Rd extension project? Oh wait. DeSantis granted Universal its own improvement district for that, after stripping Disney of its own district. Yeah, totally not punishing Disney in any way. đ
