Mega Cookie That’s horrible. It reminds me of what happened to Zabumafu, but I don’t think the creator was against a prequel spinoff for that. The Kratt Brothers cartoon (or whatever it’s called) ruined Zabumafu so bad, it’s like what Boruto did to Naruto. I really don’t want this to happen to Spongebob too. It’s so sad, because the day Stephen Hillenburg died I didn’t hear the news for weeks.

He died when I was 19 years old. I was in my senior year of high School. I remember finding out on the first day after Thanksgiving break. It was a Monday I believe. Even though I was in my adolescence and was pretty much done with watching cartoons, it was still nonetheless shocking and tragic. I didn't cry or anything.I was just like; "Oh my gosh, I can't believe it. He's dead." Im nearly 23 year old now and I still can't truly believe he's gone, and I don't think I ever will. RIP Stephan Hillenburg (1961-2018).
Sponebob has been one of me and my older brother's favorite shows to watch growing up. Right next to Thomas the tank engine, and Wallace and Gromit.

I've watched SpongeBob since I was 2 And now I'm 9 still watching it. But it was a good time having Stephen to honor us with this gift. He made us happy but it's time for him to go . Watching this in 2023 makes me tear up. It’s been five years since Stephen left this world. What people don’t realize is that Stephen wasn’t just a creator, he was truly a wonderful human being.
According to his family and those closest to him, he was a shy man who was not led by greed or money, he only cared about making people happy with his work. He wanted to show people what there is in the deep blue sea. He used the money he got from SpongeBob to give to marine life Aquariums, hospitals, and other marine life projects to help care for the seas. Stephen was truly the Ocean Man!

To say this man is the reason I had a childhood is an understatement.
I was born 5 months after Spongebob first aired on Nickelodeon and it was one of the first cartoons I watched growing up, and its by far my all time favourite.
I’m now 21 and I still watch Spongebob to this day, cause it’s timeless and you can never get old watching it no matter what age you are. Stephen is the reason for that.
