Y'all's channel is one of the reasons I'm fixing up my jeep TJ so I can go over landing and see parts of the country that I've never seen. But here's something I'm curious about. Id like to see some of the lead up to the overlanding part. Cause I know y'all don't just magically appear there (like what routes do you take to get to these places?). Again thanks for all the great content!
Just boring interstate across Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas Panhandle, eastern Colorado. All super boring. lol.
There are some really cool lava tubes in NM but you need a permit. When I went there were zero persons there the whole time. No sidewalks either.

Great content as usual. Always a pleasure watching you guys do your thing. The production quality just continues to get better and better with each upload!... So be honest, do you prefer your Intrepid or the new clamshell?
The Intrepid is by far the best tent. But the back of Ansel being dust free is very nice and being able to stand up in there is awesome.
If you like lava flows, definitely check out Sunset Crater just north of Flagstaff the next time you go through there.

How do you like driving two vehicles with your wife? Some advantages I would think in that you have more security to be more adventurous and have help if you get stuck, but on the other hand, can't get a relief driver for the long treks....

QQ, have you had a chance to post your camp locations when you were in Arizona, Vermillion Cliffs, North Rim and Mogollon? I'm thinking about visiting my daughter in Mesa around mid-August then head up to mountains, starting with Flagstaff.
I plan on making sure all that is there when we get home this week.

We were in Stanley a few days ago, the Sawtooths looked awesome but we stayed near Devils Tower as we were racing back home.

You mentioned the awkwardness of climbing in the camper where you can stand. But why have so many seemed to have abandoned the traditional Eezi Awn type roof tent with enclosed annex that you can just leave attached and deploy at once? Is it wind noise? I know they are made with cotton which should not be as loud as synthetics. Just curious why the trend away.

I've been watching you for awhile wanting to get into overlanding ourselves. I love y'all's channel. I am sure you have answered this question before, but I am just curious & curiosity got the best of me. Is there a particular reason you color your hair & mohawk it or is it just because you want to do it that way? Please don't think I am being rude. I am only curious. Thank you in advance.
It’s just fun. And the style is honestly great for camping because it doesn’t mess up when I sleep. 😂
I have recently won a 22" blackstone grill and am looking for a container to keep it in that won't get water in it if it lives in the back of our gladiator. I am having issues finding one with a large enough internal dimensions. Any suggestions or directions on a place to look would be nice. The grill is 24"Lx19Wx16H

I know a lot of channels are covering the PNW, but is there any interest with the East Coast and the north alantic east (NAE)?
There’s very little public land on the east coast. But yes we do want to explore that area at some point
Now that you have 2 gladiators both running 38s, what do you recommend? XT or MTs for 75% pavement and 25% off-road?
