Lot of you have asked many times about which is the best investment to make to earn compounding returns. Or which is the best stock buy now for long term investment. Or which stock has the power to create wealth in long term for beginners. This is not a stock recommendation but for educational purpose, I talk about the type of stocks you should invest to achieve early financial freedom, get rich and create very huge wealth.
This Indian company - Asian Paints has been a consistent compounder and have created wealth with the power of compounding since last 50 years.
₹1000 invested in stock grows at 2.2 crores today excluding dividend payment. So anyone who invested a small amount of Rs. 1000 would have easily received a regular income from this stock as dividend payment and would have retired with this investment.
So how does Asian Paints make so much money for it's share holders?
They do not sell iPhones like Apple or do not have amazing research and development like Tesla or some US stocks.
The answer is simple words: They created a strong competitive advantage, in Warren Buffett's language, they created a strong economic moat that the competitors are not able to break.
This company buys commodity and sell branded color and all this process is so automated that helps them run the business operations efficiently.
No doubt, the stock is overvalued because good companies have high demand. However, when it comes to high growth (multibagger ) stocks like this, intrinsic growth matters more than the intrinsic value of the stock.
Even when the stock market crash, this stock stay strong and give good returns to it's share holder in the long run.

No. Due to not informing change of address same shares by registrar and transfer agent demat share in third party and sold. This was known when we applied shares for demate. Now case is filed in NCLT.God knows when we recover these shares.
