the Universe loves you and you always deserve the best! you probably know about this, but to get rid of anxiety you should strengthen and cleanse your root chakra. You can do it by listening to meditations, exercising by stretching your muscles and spine even just 5 minutes a day, walking in nature and eating healthy "grounding" foods like veggies esp. root vegetables. I'm speaking from experience, anxiety is a bitch, been fighting it my whole life. Pile #3. This is someone I met really recently and we went on a date yesterday for the first time and it was bad.
