The way the music actually works is that the UFC pays for an ASCAP license. It's the same license that all major sports have to play music over the loud speakers, and also bars and clubs have the license. So basically they don't pay for walkout music individually. Music that is used for things like video packages are not covered by the license, however.

Speaking on the back kick that was being used by Max Holloway. Jumping back kick you'll see used a lot in Taekwondo and karate it's a defensive kick for a person who is charging towards you.
Love to get Lukes thoughts on this. Speaking about game plans in the Gaethje Holloway fight. No one predicted a spinning back kick to be the most fight altering strike Max would throw. After that landed Gaethje wasn't the same

Hey Luke, rewatch Jalin Turner’s Brok Weaver fight and his UFC debut. He always does the walk off, Bisping has heavily criticized him in the past as he was commentating. He is also a less than 500 fighter now which ain’t great.
I've watched the tape and what's missing is Max Holloway..he's never fought any body close to Max skills and the Volk he fought was definitely not healed up and your interview with Max Coach Ivan explained it perfectly how he could see that Volk was not fighting the same. It'll be a good fight but I like Max chances any time he fights another striker.

I have had ESPN+ since it came out...I have never had an issue. I watch stuff on my macbook or my roku TVs. I am surprised they are still giving people issues. We are paying $10+ a month now....make the product actually work for folks.

All I'll say regarding Topuria is...he's great when he's the hammer, how will he be when he's the nail? Max could eaily make him the nail, shooting in and out from the outside and catching him with crisp, fast combos. Just like he did to another stalker like Gaethje.
Difference is, Gaethje doesn’t have footwork or polished boxing that Topuria has. Justin is a brute brawler. Hitting Topuria will be tougher for Max.

You're correct. It's extremely unusual the way that Luke is predicting that Topuria would beat Max, no questions asked. I am glad that Luke is giving us his opinion, instead of sitting on the fence. Luke is best when he actually gives his real opinion on things. But in this case, it seems highly illogical. How anyone could doubt Max is astonishing to me? I was 100% certain that Max would beat Gaethje, because Max is basically indestructible, and you can't hurt him. How do you beat a man who has a "Jon Jones" titanium chin?

Its crazy tobme how often you analysts either forget or ignore the extenuating circumstances behind the fights. Volk had just been ko'd the. Fought Tuporia ill advised immediately after on short notice. Tuporia is very good but him winning had just as much to do with volk's stupidity as it did with Tuporia's talent. That bejng said Max, could possibly make the same mistake by dropping back down in weight after moving up.

You predict Topuria will beat Holloway. You said to go look at Topuria's past fights to see for ourselves. I just paused this video when you said to do it . . . and did. I also looked up his record, as I didn't know who he was and never watched him fight before. You know what I saw . . . I saw him getting hit, so there is some openings in his defense. I also saw this being done to him by lesser fighters than Max. I suggest to you that the last time a fighter came to fight Max with all these glowing accolades from people like you . . . was when Brian Ortega, who I believe when it was rescheduled was the favorite in Las Vegas, . . . but if you look at the comparisons . . . Brian Ortega was a much more accomplished fighter . . . go look up their historical records. Look at what Max did to Ortega. Yes, Max may be in trouble if brought to ground, but they said the same with Ortega, who is a decorated BJJ martial artist. So, you say on their feet Ilia hits harder . . . does he hit harder than Gaethje? If you take away Ilia's win against Volkanovski, he hasn't fought anyone with exceptional or elite skills . . . and, most who know Volk would say he wasn't healed or ready when he took that fight. So, I'm not discounting (too much) Ilia's skill set, but let's look at Max's advantages: . . . like you say, he has the experience advantage . . . no doubt; Max has not only been fighting the top fighters, but fighting 5 round fights . . . not withstanding his exceptional cardio; I think because of his elite competition, and his team, which had to game plan for all these different styled fighters, they will have the advantage there . . . just by seeing and recognizing what they see; while having to cut weight to go back down to 145, I believe Max will take down his new found knockout power (because it is based more on technique); and Topuria was ringside at Holloway's KO of Gaethje . . . and saw the reactions of all those MMA greats around him . . . that and all the great things they had to say about Max . . . could've possibly created a doubt in Ilia's mind. I believe, (not that it's only up to him), Ilia initially stated . . . he won't give Max a chance at the title nor Volk a rematch . . . is because he was greeted by their Prime Minister and hailed as a national hero and honored by Real Madrid . . . and to extend his time as champion without putting at risk. Fighting . . . (or not) . . . not to lose . . . is also an advantage Max can exploit.
My conclusion: You're a smart guy . . . I think you're just selling a fight. UFC paying you?!
