I used to love watching Suze Orman's show back in the day. My favorite segment was 'Can I Afford It'. I saved up an emergency fund, paid off my vehicle, and student loan following her advice. Like with her other books, I'll borrow this one from my local library.

I was able to pay for my mortgage, utilities and health insurance. So from one older women (old enough to be your mom) to a young woman. Pay off debt, budget, invest, and save!!!!!!

henry ford she wasn’t given anything. She sold her vision of having her own restaurant for $50K. People bought in to where she was going. She lost the 50k and still make it back because she educated herself.

They are less likely to be homeless, more likely to live longer than men, will work work less hours in easier jobs than men, is less likely to die by homicide, die or get injured on the job than men, less likely to die from cancer and get more funding for cancer research than men, more likely to go to college or graduate from high school than men, have access to female only funding or programs, more likely to get a masters or doctorate degree, less likely to go to jail, and if she does, she is more more likely get a lesser punishment than men, more likely to file a divorce on her husband and more likely to get custody of her children and receive alimony, and she will have full legal reproductive rights

@@Aphrobella yes, absolutely! Creditors judge you on your ability to pay. Bankruptcy is physical proof that there was a problem paying.
