hi to adjust the oil pump chain you loosen those 2 10mm nuts to right of the crank, its a oil pump guide use a long screwdriver follow the oil chain and you will be able to adjust the slack just move it evenly to make a curve and retighten those 2 nuts.
If the rattle is from the top, try an oil flush and oil and filter change, you might be lucky and the tensioner do its job. It worked on mine, still probably near the end of its life but give you time to save up the £800 or sell the car !!!!

@@tmchevyman5319 Hi, few other things in life came up & never ended up having it fitted. Still have it all sitting here, but after all my research its one of the better kits. Japanese parts over Chinese any day.
@@MrHangerone basically I get all the marks lined up exactly where they should be. I pull both of the pins for the timing chain tensioners and rotate the engine twice and then I lose all the timing marks
@@DaBossk let me know how you end up , because its chain the marks will move as you turn motor over so check for tdc on the crank and your valves are closed as you turn the motor over the valves will stop at the same place each time you turn over the motor that way you know you are right

THANK YOU!
have been looking for how to adjust that, mine has been rattling for a while, I thought it was timing but timing looks fine.
Excellent video!
Both tensioners actually use oil pressure, the bottom one just also has the ratchet mechanism to maintain it when the engine is off
