Thank you. The manual was badly translated so I couldn't delete the first measurements, while I was trying to figure out the correct way to use it, so it all those data were storage in the device's memory. Now, with your help, I successfully deleted them and I can began using the blood pressure device properly (I need to report the results to my doctor, a month from now).

M 4 is latest with some new features, if You need only to measure Blood pressure, get the one with the reasonable price

@@onemanturk M3 has no BT connection, M4 has. To transfer data to Omron application with M3 you have to take photo of the display with each measurement. In M4 results of each measurement is automatically transfered to Omron application.
