Turkey Burger, With Cauliflower Rice, Best recipe

    Ingredients
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 medium head of cauliflower
    1 15 oz. can of black beans
    1 small scallion
    coconut oil
    extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp dried thyme
    1tsp parsley flakes
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp granulated garlic
    1 tsp dried basil
    1 tsp himalayan sea salt
    Step 1
    Chop the cauliflower into medium pieces,and put them in the food processor.
    Pulse about 20 to 30 seconds, until it's the texture of rice.
    Step 2
    Finely chop the scallion and set aside.
    Step 3
    Put the ground turkey in a medium bowl, and add the salt, oregano, garlic, and
    pepper. Mix well, then form 4 even patties.
    Step 4
    Over medium heat, melt the coconut oil. Add the scallions, sautee for a few minutes
    until translucent.
    Step 5
    Add the black beans and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the cauliflower rice, and mix
    together. Add the basil,Italian seasoning,and thyme. Mix well. Add the garlic,salt, and
    pepper. Mix well.
    Step 6
    Add a little olive oil to a pan over medium heat, then add the turkey burgers. Cover,
    and cook for 2 minutes, flip cook 2 minutes, flip and cook 2 more minutes.
    Step 6
    Serve the turkey burgers over the cauliflower rice for a healthy, delicious meal, great for lunc or dinner.
