Taco, you need to take a photo of the birdseye chest, polish it up and show it to an antique shop or consignment shop - that piece of furniture is worth over $500, you are under valuing the pieces you find. BTW the Betsey Johnson handbag should be given to a consignment shop also, her handbags go for about 60 dollars at TJ Maxx, but some collectible ones could go even higher.
The red frame looking thing with all the wierd objects in it like the creepy tiny baby doll is actually a Mixed Media Shadow Box piece. You have a lot of mixed media supplies in that locker. The large tubes of acrylics are not cheap because the brand isn't a bad one and the size of the tubes bring in a higher price.
I thought the box was a Buddhist thing.???
Congratulations on reaching AND surpassing 200k subscribers! 👍 Whenever you get a female oriented storage locker, you need paper and moose or another female friend with you to help determine the value of the items. For example, you could be handling purses or clothing that’s worth real $$$ and not realize it. That’ll help you learn the value of female stuff for later. Those little purses with the sewing stuff and other small items are called coin purses or change purses. We ladies carry a bunch of them in our handbags for change and other small items that would otherwise roll around loose.
You'll definitely get your money back and then some, things to donate such as the bible, books etc. This was a well organized, clean unit (mattress is what it is) and for me personally the downside is thinking of the person whose life was brought here, we can only hope the best for them with positive vibes. Great video! Excellent advice on buying storage lockers: most boxes and not labeled what is really in the box, have a way to haul, and have somewhere to store it. The best part of this video when you where unpacking the kitchen misc. box and it was mostly Christmas items, but the look on your face when you pulled out the red shadowbox with all the stuff glue on the inside including the little plastic box. Your look was to die for!!!!

@@j.j.freeman9292 I've seen one living birds eye maple tree, it looks like a giant maple bush. I lt was early spring, my uncle had, had his back property logged. I had drove passed this little muddy jagged logging road half the winter on a 4wheeler. Its kind of a creepy looking tree. Its so knobby a knarled, i seen why its prized in furniture, its got to be hard to plane out the lumber planks. Then to just cutting it down the chainsaw must run into some hard knots the kickback on the saw would be a bit of a challenge for the loggers.
The bone is the pelvis of something large like a cow or horse. You can see where the hip sockets are.

To add to that, it is real. It is a cow pelvis. However, why anyone would want to keep a cow pelvis is an unanswerable question. haha

@@Corny6251 Georgia O'Keeffe was an artist whose subject matter could be animal skulls, pelvic bones etc. All were painted beautifully IMO with flowers or colorful landscapes. She has been my absolute favorite artist.

The Fairies book is a really popular book. I think its by Brian Froud and there are people who are still on the hunt for it.
Even the used ones are pricey, if/when you find them.

Each of those tubes of acrylic paint by WINDSOR NEWTON sells for about $30 to $50 tube in that size.
So you have your cost and a fair profit. Put them on Ebay or Craigslist.
Looks like a good clean locker minus the obvious. lol Those acrylic paints are a nice score! Windsor Newton has several levels of quality ranging from student to professional with an affordable option in between... but are overall a well known brand. On top of that, each level within a brand has several pricing tiers based on the pigments. Fun video! Have a great Thanksgiving!

That farie book is collector's, it is an art book well known for it's detailed descriptions and artwork inside. It will sell quite well on ebay to art collectors. the paint is worth cash it is very well known art company that sells premium paints. :)

Coffe table book of fairies sold for $16.00 on line. Beveled glass mirror is a nice find.

Some of those books could be $5. Good assortment of books and nick nacks. You always under value shit. Hell if you ask for $1 each book you got your $90 back. You could make real money on this clean locker if you ask a little more and go to a different flea market with it. I am getting a little pissed off at you. You are so ruff on everything. Be easy dont mark stuff up more than what you found it.
Patti White I was watching this with my mom. It was driving her crazy the way he was handling things. When he was ripping open the yellow envelope and throwing the things inside down, she was saying 'oh my goodness those look like first day covers. They could be worth a lot of money and he's just tossing them around.' You can definitely tell he is a scrapper. The rough handling of more delicate things is the only part I don't like in his videos.

It is one of the best but the Galleria is the student grade if I am not mistaken. I would have loved to have seen what was in the case under the paint. I love art supplies. lol
@@suesalley1487 Galleria is the level 3 (pro quality) at Michaels. Those big tubes are around $30 at our local store.
@@cindydulay2543 they have a professional line that is above the Galeria. I am sure it is very expensive. I have used the Galeria and it is really great paint. The large tubes are costly but worth it if you paint a lot or larger paintings. Good find, I am amazed what used paint sells for on line.

You should check the books for author signature & 1st editions - it makes the book more valuable. Also you know a lot about men's shirts & sports related clothing, but remember that 50% of the population are females & they shop more + their clothing can be worth more then men's.
That is a birds eye maple unusual piece. The acrylics you can easily get 20.00 for the bag to an artist.
Full propane 5 gallon tank: tank=$25.00; 5 gal. of propane @ $2.50 per gal.=$12.50, that's $37.50. Anywhere else it would be over $50bucks for tank and gas! Take $40.00 and quit selling your self short!
OMG, that mattress was beyond gross.
There is no money in it. You get like $2 for the steel in it - it weighs basically nothing and its thin gauge wire.
A mattress, a grill...almost Taco Bingo! Hey was that a Betsy Johnson bag and Doc Marten Boots? You could get your money back with that.
Old textbooks aren't worth much but craft and sewing and how to stuff can sell well, coffee table books can do okay. Craft and painting supplies too. Acrylics are expensive, especially the big tubes, and decent brand names like Winsor and Newton.

Get a can of Min Wax, put some wax along the dresser rail and the bottom rail of the drawer and the drawer will slide in and out with ease.
Min Wax makes wood beautiful.

Thats a great brand of acrylic paint, and they are about equal in price to oils. I do oil acrylic watercolor and inktense none are cheap. You did good.
Anytime you see furniture of solid wood with skeleton key holes ots right off bat worth one hundred dollars and often even more depending on maker and actual age of item. Medal wheels or wooden wheels not caster is 20s roughly in that time frame. I am a seriously into antiques and enjoy learning about them n more
