    Nowadays, obesity is one of the biggest problems on Earth. More and more people are becoming overweight and obese. The extra weight that we carry on our body becomes our killer, because it is hard for the heart to deal with such a big amount of fat.
    Losing some weight is almost always a good idea. Unless you have food disorders, you do not even need to consult a doctor to lose weight. The only thing that you need is to know how exactly you need to eat and exercise to lose weight and become healthier.
    Right now I am taking a professional course in nutrition from Stanford University (USA, California). I share only things that are 100% proven by scientists, things that I learned in the course and that I checked on myself. Soon I will receive a certificate in nutrition, food and health.
