I had the pleasure of having ‪@Ifyskitchen‬ as a guest in my kitchen and boy oh boy did we have fun 🎉😂
Ingredients
3 tomatoes halved
4 cloves of garlic
5-6 sprigs of thyme
2 scotch bonnet pepper
1 seasoning cube
1 red bell pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp curry powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp of coconut oil
3 medium sized onion sliced
2 bay leaves
1 cup of basmati rice

Lemme tell you! I wanna get home and make this jollof! I have not had the best experiences with jollof before. The last one I had, I could taste burnt onions but this one seems so yummy! I could literally taste it. Aaaah!
