Viking Run Gent 2022 (aftermovie)

At the nature domain Puyenbroeck, twice a year the mighty viking run is held. The viking run is an obstaclecourse with various difficulty levels. In spring time is the mud edition and in september is the water edition! Since it was my first participation, I decided to do the 13 kilometer long track, which is called "warrior".

I plan to do the 20km one, but something is unclear to me.
How much of it is running compared to getting through obstacles?
Because I have enough upper body strength but my cardio isn't top tier.

It's a parcour of 20km with obstacles, work on your cardio but you can run at your own pace
