This bag style makes my heart skip a beat. I am guilty of going to my closet to try my bags and admire them while im still in my pyjamas and with nowhere to go. I dont get tired of this minimalistic style and I am seriously considering a 3rd piece, maybe in the new teen size...or maybe a beautiful lizard one...Oh my it is soo beautiful 😍

This is the best review I’ve seen of this bag, thank you! I’ve been obsessing about this bag for quite awhile because I think it’s gorgeous and suits my aesthetic and style. But I keep talking myself out of it due to its various cons, including the sharpness of the strap holders as you mentioned. So it’s still TBD for me whether the pros or cons will win in the end! 😊
I totally get what you are saying. It took me a while to finally purchase this bag. It was always on my wishlist but once i got it i had to buy another one. It doesnt happen often but i have some duplicates (celine box, chanel trendy cc, chanel WOC, loewe puzzle...). I think this bag is totally worth it and if you ever get one i hope you enjoy it too 😘
I discovered a cool brand called Demellier run by a Spanish designer based in UK. All bags are handmade in small batches in Spain of Italian and Spanish leather and portion of proceeds go to charities. Their Vancouver bag is similar to Celine classic and Hermès Constance (but way lower price point😊). I especially like the strap placement on the top, like the Constance, which looks like it can be easily switched from shoulder to cross body but with a leather vs chain strap. They have free returns, so I went ahead and ordered with a promo code. Because they’re made in limited quantities it’s apparently going to take until mid-Nov to arrive but that’s fine with me. I’m very excited because I think it will check all the boxes for me of this style of handbag at a much lower price! BTW, I just discovered your channel and love your videos💗

...buckle position can be moved to the sides so it wont hit the shoulder area where it hurts

I had scheduled this video for later but after i saw your comment yesterday i wanted to help you 😁 The teen size strap is 4cm longer than the medium total 49cm. I was wrong in the video, i thought the medium strap was the longest but it is 45cm 😅
@@unboxingluxury1018 any chance you can take a picture of what a full size wallet, cosmetics bag, and sunglasses case looks like inside the bag? I've always had a longchamp le pliage neo crossbody and trying to downsize the amount I carry but those are my essentials

I actually have the Longchamp tote pliage neo with crossbody/shoulder strap so I'm really downsizing. Looks like this girl needs a smaller wallet 🤣 you said teen box, so maybe I should look into the larger sizes too... Or the belt bag. Yes I usually have a heavy handbag 😵
aznangalic i have the belt bag micro. Review coming soon maybe next week lol yes, small wallets are very convenient so you would gain a lot of space in your bag. My celine classic is in size medium, so 24 cm aprox but the teen size is 18 cm so wallet should be even smaller haha thanks for watching 🥰
I'm considering purchasing my first celine classic preloved because I would like to find one the old logo. However, I heard these bags get scratches easily. So yours have any scratches?
All leather types are prone to scratches, but if you have a smooth shiny leather as box leather is, your scratches will be more visible at the time you made them and with time they will develop a patina and will be less visible. My navy classic is made of box leather and has 0 scratches. My beige navy is made of a matte calfskin slighly grained and also has 0 scratches but i look after my bags. These bags are not for the faint of heart or for someone who wants a carefree bag. I enjoy my bags and eventually will get scratches, but i take care of them because they are luxury items and pieces of art. Out of respect for the artisan who made them we owe to treat with respect our bags too.

I dont know the colour name as i bought it proloved so it is not current season, but it is a lovely beige color, not very warm not very cool, a nice neutral. Thanks for watching 😘

Did you get your first beige Céline classic bag in prelove, please? The leather is really great
I bought both preloved in Vestiaire Collective. The beige one is grained calfskin which is not so common for this bag style but can be found in previous seasons. It is a nice matte leather which looks better on light colours in my opinion. Darker colours look better in box leather because it is very smooth and shiny so it makes the bag look more elegant 🥰 Thanks for watching!

I thought most of the colours have a brushed gold clip rather than the shiny one?
It is brushed gold, but in one bag is matte and in the other is shiny if that makes sense.
