The slope doesn't indicates velocity it indicates either speed or acceleration.

Aarav Garg Only in a speed-time graph. In a position-time graph, the speed/velocity is the slope, as it is (Unit of measurement)/(measurement of time). An example of this is 3 meters per second. one second after a car reaches this constant speed, it will have travelled 3 meters. And the slope of a line can determine velocity. 4:02 explains this best

0:40 ... "the cars behind me are moving with a lot of speed"... Realy? These cars must have a massive trunk for "a lot of speed" to carry. And you try to educate others? WOW. Go back to school. Your explanation and exampes are bad. Velocity is the most useless parameter here on the ground (and especially on a racing track). It's only useful when two objects try to dock with each other at speed, like planes, ships or spaceships (usually for refuelling while in motion).
