I just started playing this game a while ago. Was struggling with the promotion too, I hope this video is going to help me on the long run but in lower ranks it's almost impossible to communicate to play safe

I've played over 70 Plat to diamond promo trials and haven't managed a win. I'd come in top 5 with kills for most of them but just couldn't pull out the win. I've lost out on thousands of LP because of it and it has completely demotivated me to the point where I don't even really wanna play the game which is sad because I really love the game and have spent a ton of time and money in it

stop going 20th in promo trials and you wont lose thousands of lp. i went top 10 in all of my plat to diamond promos and you are only set back ONE lp after the fail basically guaranteeing you are back in it after the next game. it only took me 15 games in promo trials to get promoted as a solo queue player.
@laytz-gv6ht clearly you lack reading comprehension. I didn't lose thousands of LP by placing 20th. In fact that never happened. As I said I'd usually finish top 5 with kills. I lost out on LP because all the placement matches that I didn't win but placed well with kills, I got 0 credit for.
@@danr543 i do not lack reading comprehension, you lack the ability to write. you did not once state that you had troubles in your placements and strictly said you were losing lp bc of “promo trials”, i cleared up your misconception. the way to avoid losing lp from failing a promo trial is to not go negative so i advised you how to do so. silly emotional response you had.

most randoms do their own thing they die at drop usually, i of course make sure i choose support usually loba for a reset an possible win, for trials i grinded till igot a team that communicated, we did not win however we did well.an i finally advanced
The first part I agree if it’s not countering what it was supposed to do and instead solo not even solo even as a duo it’s tough I imagine a 3 stack it will be fine but that’s not how I remember apex ngl

my random dont understand when you in promo you need to play for the win , they drop hot which makes no sense lol of course i have support cause i need to do a reset most of the time. So i land safe

I totally AGREE I am in the top 3000 players in the world and had to spend 7 hours of solo play and i hae gained over 2000k points that day but the points that i gained in promo is unbelievable I had probably gained over 1.5k points in that time and I did not get a single one after I got out of promos and it was easier get to masters than getting to plat because poeple are rating just to get out of promo because your put with other promo players one game I had over 30 poeple LAST RING APEX NEED TO FIX THIS
what you’re saying about how ranked promos mean you have to communicate as a team to win, i wonder if that’s why the devs did it, cuz they want ppl to communicate as a team. but there’s an even bigger issue behind that. as a soloqer, you don’t even wanna turn mic on, cuz it’s almost garunteed to turn into an argument or some toxic dude telling you you’re so trash because they died off drop
Couldn’t agree more on the trials, I’m not an amazing player by any means. I’m stuck in my trials from gold to plat. I just can’t seem to beat my trials, even tho I’ve been coming in top 5 and below consistently. I’m on my 6th attempt. I’ve gotten enough rp at this point to be plat 2. I love apex but man they’re doing the most to make me quit. I cant imagine a casual player just wanting to get into apex.

I SWEAR sbmm cranks up during promos. Suddenly my teammates are silver ranked skill and my opponents are top 50. I’ll fall out of promos and then win next game. Happened 3 times this promo. I’m so infuriated
People are going to rat regardless so it don’t matter what we think about trials i thinks it’s actually good because it’s going to have people actually fight more than rat cause you’ll probably have a better chance at 3 kills or 3 assist before winning a game

You know it’s bad when the only way to have fun in the game is to sweat in ranked.
If you can’t load into pubs and just have fun, then the game isn’t really fun.

ive gotta say i think people are over blowing how hard it is to get through promos. if you cant win games at all your proudly at the rank you deserve to be. i also wanna add. i think some people who solo que are afraid to use there mics. even if your team isnt talking turn on your mike and start talking to them it makes a huge diffrence.

Solo queued to masters with every legend and would end with around a 10% win rate (which is terrible)
@xLilscrappy while I agree with you winning games doesn't become mandatory until you are attempting to be a diamond player, I feel like it's not asking too much to need to know how to win to be in diamond
I soloed the whole time it took me 48 fuckin games ti get from plat1 to diamond 4 and yet it only took me 2 attempts to win my game for masters.. lol sowmtimes the randoms help other times they don’t give a shit. I got insanely lucky my last handful of games toward masters. The randoms I got were also on their trials

I haven’t played ranked hardly at all the last two seasons. It went from bad to worse. Played with some of my buddies. They had to use their alt accounts b/c I’m still in Bronze (20 total ranked games) and I see a multi-season Pred 3 stack. Ranked means nothing so why bother and stress over these matches???
