Twenty Four is a beat tape containing 24 tracks based on the 24 hours in a day. Itâs a reflection on the unique moments and hours of each day. Twenty Four started as a way of collecting together beats Iâd been making over the last couple of years, but it developed into something much more. I spent the year trying to be intentionally aware of the unique attributes of certain times of day: the way the light changes, the mood and atmosphere of the night in contrast to the day. I began to learn how to see and hear God in these moments. I started to see the theme running through scripture: in particular Psalm 19 and Ecclesiastes. That every day God paints his masterpiece in the sky, his handiwork that speaks out to all the earth if weâre willing to listen.

I've been listening to these songs for two years as I look out my window onto the city, but I just watched the video today for the first time, only to realize that it's all filmed in my very own neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. I gaze at the same skyline and sights every day as I walk with Lord. What a joy to receive such a confirmation to remind me that the presence of the Holy Spirit is with me always. IM SO IN AWE LIKE, YALL DONT KNOW!!! As a believer in Christ and following the straight and narrow I had to give up some music that was not glorifying God, trip hop, lowfi instrumental beats are good but they have a spirit behind it if they don't have Christ in their heart. So I was very cautious as to what I was allowing into my ear gates. So its been a few years I have not listen to my favorite beats I don't mind it because its Christ before anything. But what a joy it is to have a believer who not only makes this type of music but has worship sessions to his Heavenly father! Music is not bad its the spirit that influences the music. And this music is with pure intention and What comes out of his mouth is in his heart! That's how you know Jonathan spends time in the quite, praying. Amen! God bless will continue to lift you up in prayer! JUST DONT KNOW HAPPY I AM RIGHT NOW TEARS OF JOY!
