Hi! i made my road markings using the railing tool, this is how i did it:
-a rectangle of 1mmx1mm as an auxiliary profile for the top rail (hide it at the end).
-a rectangle profile for continuous line as top rail or bottom rail.
-line segments, buoys and other elements as balusters.
-combine as needed.
I'm a noob on Revit so, what could go wrong with my approach?
Thanks for this tutorial, please how do we fix jagged curved/arcs in Revit(Revolution of 3D curved edges)? example as Autocad command "Facetres" to enhance the model display graphic.
How do I add an area for “No Parking”? It may not be right beside a parking stall and it may be a custom shape. Let’s say I just wanted to draw the perimeter of it and I want the diagonal yellow lines to go within that perimeter. What is the easiest way to do that?
Nice tutorial, by the way those strips disappeared because you used 'copy' so they were copied to the level of the first one, while the toposurface isn't horizontal.
Dude, how do you edit a parking component / family? I'n my country parking dimensions are different
Consider railings or dynamo surface draping for parking stripes - the ootb stripe doesn't work well on sloped topo
I know, I already have a tutorial on that, but it's important to show different approaches 🙂
