Unity with other religions is a Mortal sin. Pope Eugene 4th Council of Florence, “Cantate Domino” - 1441 Ex Cathedra :
The Traditional Holy Roman Church firmly believes, professors and preachers that all those who are outside the Traditional Catholic Church, not only pagans but also Jews or Heretics and Schismatics, cannot share in eternal life and will go into the everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels, unless they are joined to the Traditional Catholic Church before the end of their lives; that the unity of this ecclesiastical body is of such importance that only for those who abide in it do the church's sacraments contribute to Salvation and do fasts, almsgiving and other works of piety, and practices of the Christian Militant produce Eternal Rewards; and that nobody can be saved, no matter how much he has given away in arms and even if he has shed blood in the name of Jesus Christ, unless he has preserved in the bosom and unity of the Catholic Church !!!

Unity comes from the spirit of God and by Following his word and commands, synergy, teamwork, scheduled dependability and all other forms of cooperation/collaboration pale in comparison to true unity. I thunk God addresses all of the unity breakers in his word so that’s where we should naturally go for the solution.

Educate those that are incompetent. If they refuse to grow, cut them off.

Learn these verses; they speak boldly about unity in the Church.
Typical business seminar in a church. He anoints it by reading one old testament passage. Dave keep to money making and leave spiritual teaching to those with the gift of the Holy Spirit. Paul said to “keep the unity of the Spirit” not ‘intentionaly’ manufacture the unity of the spirit. That is ecumenical melding into a world order.
Without the 'gift of the Holy Spirit' one is not even a Christian! So I guess you mean something else?
The Bible also warns against things, that destroy unity. Is the Bible wrong to point that out too?
That’s not really the reason they built the tower, It was after the flood (from the story of Noah) and they wanted to save themselves incase another flood happens.

Why would you come up with another reason, then the Bible has given in Genesis 11, namely making a name for themselves and refusing God's commandment of spreading throughout the earth? Do you know better than God? How silly your argument is too! You think all their millions of descendants would fit into that tower? And that God couldn't flood it too, if He wanted? But He promised to not flood the entire earth anymore.
How far away from God are you?!
