The fact that you can’t save the screener sucks… and we should be able to screen our lists/flags. Its taking too long to add these important features and I’ve been asking for months on the Reddit board. Do we not pay enough?… I love the potential of this 2.0 screener, but had to stop using it because it takes too long to set up each time I close down the software.
Relax it will come and you will make great money

Enable the thing by whuch we can just click the stock and it open the chart directly in our layout like the earlier screener. Give an option of screener 2.0 below the charts like basic screener. Do t forget to add the screener saving option with 10 sec update for intraday..
where is the technical screener??
Thank you. I have been having heck learning this stuff, but you made it easy enough to where I understood everything you were talking about. Just don't understand how to save what I just did.
Also, another request: an excellent indicator filter to add would be a 20 day Average Daily Range (ADR)%. this is a very valuable value that I would imagine is pretty useful for alot of the swing traders that may be utilizing the screener. Thank You!

Is it possible to send screen list to a watchlist?
When discussing the SMA, the screener indicates "SMA50 ABOVE PRICE" by ___, yet the individual in the video describes it as though the "PRICE is ABOVE SMA50." To confirm this, one can select a stock, apply the SMA50 on the chart, and observe, as per the settings shown in the video, that the PRICE is trading 0-10% below the SMA50.
Hey, great improvements but it really lacks the ability to save your screeners making it unsuitable for day to day trading.

When will Stock Screener 2.0 be available in the desktop app?
Is there an option (pardon the pun) to filter on Options Volume?
I think one key feature is missing in Stock 2.0, how to filter the screener results based on multi time frames, in old stock screener it is easy to do it, there is a drop down available to switch between times like 1H, 4H, 5m, 15m, 30m etc.. this feature is completely missing… also, how to get an alert from screeners???? These two would be a nice add.. please advise.
RELATIVE STRENGTH screener ? TradingView doesn't have RS rating compared to underlying index.

You can't save any settings in Stock 2.0 and TradingView said that maybe in 2024 they will have the feature to save

Hello- thanks for the excellent tutorial! I have a question- Is there a way to create watchlists that are updated automatically in real time based on the parameters of the screener? This would be an excellent feature to add in the future if it doesnt already exist! Thank you so much
There are some new tools coming to our screener! And we'll pass this to the team. Also, you can now add your watchlist to the screener as well or add the symbols in your screen to your watchlists.
How to add moving average condition, which is available in old screener and missing in new screener. example if EMA10 is above EMA20 or price close above EMA50 and so on.

HOW TO SCREEN MY WON WATCHLIST. LET'S SAY WITH COLOR FLAG. WHICH IS PRESENTLY AVAILABLE IN OLD SCREENER, BUT IN SCREENER 2.0 MISSING. PLEASE ADD THIS. THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT.
Totally agree -- screening my watchlist and being able to save my screener are deal makers/breakers for me as well. the ability to screen by sector helps, but I have an account that limits the instruments I can trade, so screening the allowed instruments is efficient. Having to sort through screening results by symbol -- not so much.

Do I have to add the signs (%, , etc.) into the value forms when I am filtering custom parameters? Like for RSI you put in 70 or 30 but what about Bollinger Bands (20) w/ option for Below.. how do you write the value? Just numbers, too?

How do you change timeframe with just one click like screener 1.0 used to be ? Seems like I can only change it manually on my indicator screener setup, e.g. ema 50 weekly,daily etc.
Please add ema 9 below price percentage custom percentage feature where we can set the percentage difference we require not the pre-set percentage like 0% to 3%; 0% to 5% etc…..like for example If I want percentage difference between Ema 9 % and price % ranging from 0.90% to 4%..

It would be great if you could add all technical indicators include invite only ones where you will search the database for a condition using all available technical indicators above or below the indicator value.

No saving of filter possible now? So every morning there is time at least 30 minute to make a filter ? Can you show us a paid program on the market where you can not save your presets? And by the update you have maid , taking away the old screener , all our filters and settings are gone, deleted just like that? Who is in charge of these changes?
After you have the stocks you screeed for, how do you get them in a list on the charts page? I'd like to be able to click down each stock and look at the cart view.
There's a button called chart view that's located at the top right of the screen. Toggle it on and off for chart view vs. list view.
I have the most recent stock screen in TradingView and I can't setup a custom filter like you show above

Good day, I overlap two keltner channers. One is set to 3.75 and the other set to 2.75. How do I set the screener to let me know when the market moves above 3.75 or passed my keltner border line?
You can use the filters to add technical indicators. We will make a video showing this.
How can I add breakout to screeners filters? There is a breakout indicator that I want to add it but impossible apparently.

Fair warning: you can't save any settings in Stock 2.0 but if you wanna try it out, then opening Stock 2.0 is shown at the top of the screen @9:40 in video. Go to Products, then to Screeners, and then select Stock 2.0

Is there a way to use the EMA as a filter to filter for stocks that are between 5% below or 5% above?

how to change the scanned items from daily chart to intraday like 5 minutes chart or we should make another scan for it. In the old scanner i can go from daily to intraday with the same items. needed to be scanned . thanks
Do you mean to see the chart view instead of the list view? There is a toggle button to click and then you can change the interval as needed.
In the 09:45 area I went from screener to the symbol and was shocked that when I toggled back to the screener (products>>>screener) all selected criteria from the tutorial had disappeared. Please explain in the normal course of toggling from screener to symbol how to toggle back and forth while retaining my carefully selected screener criteria.

Screener is completely broken for technical indicators fyi. Just noticed today. None of the MA's or Oscillators account for pre market data meaning the output is all false. Careful, noticed today. Been finding the wrong stocks for many weeks now lol. Today is when I finally noticed that the output doesn't match the ACTUAL indicators in real time when I had my charts set to ETH. I could not find a way to set the screener to account for pre and post market data. So it's completely broken. FOr example, say you have an RSI screener for 15minute oversold. But there's a huge gap down on the stock and the stock closed while overbought. The next day at oipen, the screener will still treat it as overbought because it doesn't factor in pre market price action. So if your strategy accounts for ANY ETH moving average or oscillators, momentum etc. Do NOT use TV screener, it's completely useless for ETH data. All your output will be completely wrong and it's going to COST you big....

I saw a post from TradingView on Reddit (a Nov 2023 post) saying that they are working on Stock 2.0 being able to save settings in 2024, but nothing firm. I think it's ridiculous that they put this thing out and you can't even save settings while paying for a Premium account. Also, there are scanning criteria missing from the 2.0 scanner compared to the original (for example "Outside" setting for "Change %" doesn't exist in 2.0)

Way to completely bollox the screener feature. This video does not demonstrate the poor employment of UI space. The grid flies out from the right and overlays the chart area. Trying to manage the space is too clumsy. AND, the screeners from the old version are not ported. I jumped on today to run through all my screeners and, poof, they are gone. I found them in a legacy link, but having to recreate them all in the new screener is a very poor decision. I am looking for a new platform.
