Then they both get paid, the confused people who want to see it can see it, and boxing can distance itself from this little freakshow going on next to it. That height and reach won’t make a difference especially since he’ll be slower than all of the guys Floyd caught. Logan will not land a glove on Floyd and Floyd will see so many openings on Logan and piece him up. Floyd has a greater chance of finishing Logan than Logan does on Floyd. And you’re saying because of the way Floyd fights, go back and watch earlier on in his career when he was ‘pretty boy’ 13 finishes in his first 15 pro fights. The biggest problem i can see with these "exhibition fights" is the fact they genuinely aren't competitive.
This is close to the heights of what can be achieved realistically.
Top CZcamsr with some skill, against a much smaller, much older pro that was top of his sport.
Unless one of them gets knocked out the youtube fans will get bored, and the real boxing fans don't care anyways.
As its ppv (and people like free) I reckon this is more of a covid cash grab than a real direction. It doesn't seem like a sustainable business model.

I think it’s great that Rory is in this conversation, as much as people might dislike him because of his knowledge, or lack there of, he represents a lot of people who don’t watch boxing much or at all. Trust me, I've sparred and grappled with people who had no jiu jitsu or fighting experience. But the size difference is a factor that can easily squash technical ability. No matter your technical ability, a few kgs will render your skill useless

There’s a reason there’s weight classes in combat sports
theres a reason theres boxers and non boxers.
If it’s a 12 rounder. It won’t be power that stops Paul, but fatigue. Doing your first pro 12 rounds with someone who can conserve their energy as well as Floyd is a disaster waiting to happen.
