How to crochet a Simple Vintage Lace Collar [ Any Size ] | Cottagecore crochet

- In this video, I will show you how to crochet this beautiful lacy collar. It is a quick and easy tutorial to make a peter pan collar. The stitches on this collar give it a vintage-style lace-like appearance. You can wear it over a blouse, dress or sweater. It is quick and easy to work up and can be fitted for anyone in any size.
You can use the following as the general guide for neck measurement. Please do note that it would be idle to take the measurement of the person whom you are making for the perfect fit.
1 to 2 years - 34 to 35 cms
3 to 5 years - 35 to 36 cm
5 to 8 years - 36 to 37 cm
8 to 12 years - 38 to 39 cm
Teenage / Adult - 41 to 43 cm
Start the foundation chain in multiples of 4 +1

I would suggest to measure around the neck and then judge the number. It varies a little from child to child. Thank you.
The 1st and 2nd row are single crochet into the front tooth of the stitch...is it the same with the 3rd row ....needle to be inserted into the front tooth of stitch ?
For the 3rd row you have to insert the needle under the both the front and back loops or tooth. so insert under both loops that forms a v.
