1- Baekhyun EXO (no need to explain, in vocal technique he is best so far with chen, he never fails when doing high notes, his voice has a large spectrum scale, along with technique he can puts emotions too very well)
2- CHEN EXO (Chen is literally my life, his voice and technique is beyond the words, sometimes I cant even choose should I put chen or baekhyun to no 1 but Baekhyun a little bit more for me, maybe its bcs of Chen has a more ballad style than Baek)
3- DO EXO (his voice is soft and calm and suits every style R&B ballad and even rock)
4- ONEW SHINee ( his voice is UNIQUE) \
4-BONUS** SUHO EXO( Suho is UNDERRATED unfortunately, in my opinion, in soft styles, Suho has best voice. Even in his album tracks you can feel that atmosphere brings you in a dream world)
5- BTOB vocal line ( among all kpop groups, Btob has best vocal line after Exo )
Let's be honest Chen as better technique and vocal support he can belt high notes from lower register to higher register easily

This is my personal preference I don't care about technical aspects or whatever, I'll add song recommendations for my top 5
1 D.O. : this is what I consider the absolute perfect voice, just the perfect blend of everything I love (tell me what is love)(si fueras mia)
2 Park hyo shin : a voice that truly touches the essence of my soul (wildflower)
3 Baekhyun : very similar to D.O. But higher set so he loses a bit of the quality I prefer (cry for love) (candy)
4 Seungkwan : the voice I personally wish I had (his cover of Forsake)
5 Chen : A VOICE WITH SO MUCH POWER AND EMOTION + the way he uses it is incredible (beautiful goodbye) (his cover of Breath)
