The BQ match was wild
They really knew how to act and make survivors think ahead had no excitement even though she has used it before
29:00 honestly as an ento & bq main kiting her is lowkey fun once you get how she works 😭 the best thing to do to avoid her mirror is bait it out by acting like you’re going to transition to a certain area and let her spawn it, and then make the mirror invalid by going in the direction that’s far off to the side of both her and her mirror (and towards another kiting area). flywheel helps with it too, if you can’t go to the side then go near her main body instead and that’s when you can use your bees as ento to get some distance by making her walk through them in tight areas. if you can somehow finess your way entirely behind the main body and past the mirror image, you’re winning. even if you make a mere two of her mirrors invalid in one run that’s almost a 60s kite right there, just the better they are the harder it is to counter them if they have VERY accurate mirrors. as an almost A badge Mary, i still never really get people who react to them appropriately. i also have more tips for if she spawns a random accurate mirror on you out the blue but this comment would be too long. anyways hope it helped! 🙃
For the bloody queen match, she could tell the explorer was there due to the blue confetti trail that appears when survivors are at half health or lower. That and just really good game sense in general.

36:21 I don’t feel like Acro’s kite was that bad, considering the position he was in. Naiad made the water area pretty big and cornered him with her positioning, so he couldn’t safely transition out into a better area. Not without moving towards her and taking a hit. And he probably didn’t want to waste a bomb on the coaster track in case she hit him mid jump, or used blink to drop down and hit him.
As an A badge explorer main before i moved on to painter ya i dont even bring borrowed time usually tide + flywheel and max chair time i used to run with a team and i would always keep 100% of a cipher page and tried to take the last kite after saving so they could use the pages and i would be the sacrifical lamb, also insta popping is super easy with pages you basically go through zero decoding animations and the pages make it hard to know the actual cipher progress for the hunter leading to big mistakes like leaving the chair thinking their at 3 ciphers when in reality your at the last cipher and its about to be primed. Explorer is super underated and he counters so many hunter abilities on top of the book being good in certain loops since they cant see where you are running too

about the BQ match, i think she let FO go because she didnt want him to bleed out and open dungeon for anti. That's why she goes to chair the anti instead because she knows cipher progress isn't enough to be worrying about, and then she'd go for the FO

As a BQ main, there are some characters that counter her mirror pretty well. Perfumer #1 if a perfumer is good she can get you to waste at least 3 mirrors. Then it’s an easy win for the survs from there. Mercenary I’d never chase first because not only is he 3 hits but his ability allows him to quickly escape the mirror, same with forward. Patient maybe If they can use him right. Priestess if it’s a good map for long-portals (like ever sleeping). There are other survs too but those are the best to counter BQ.

First Officer watch will give tide effect only when hunter in watch area(hunter get hypnosis) when you have watch effect and rescue watch effect will gone(No tide effect and can get down) so you need to use watch again when that happen

Explorer usually go with Tide just because he can hide and rescue without getting hit (until you get wanted order then you are screwed *literally every rescuer worst nightmare). Also it depend on the map, if it too big, bring explorer with tide can either be very good or very bad. Also bringing Tide as a decoder, most of the time the hunter won't find you first (yes, it a myth, but people believe it *including me)
41:37 true but he also cancels her recording whenever he uses his decoy he is SO annoying especially when each record takes 19 seconds to recharge he can easily extend a kite super long on top of not giving her recordings niche but strong counter

46:07 journalist is actually kind of countered by clerk for 1 you can record the doofus and get the perfect pallet recording and 2 if you have a recording you can just throw the pallet in doofus's face as he cant interact with a dropped pallet making him useless, tbh journalist is only good for a rescue against clerk but not for kiting

34:13 this video is a bit old now but its a strategy to pretend you dont have self heal by bleeding out so the hunter thinks they can chair the other surv then go back for you but when the hunter chairs the surv you heal yourself its a pretty good strategy in low tiers if your getting slugged for 4k but idk why they were trying it in a tournament with actual pros

For the bq match i was suspecting that you'd be watching Alf and i was right (LOL). I'm pretty big on idv player tournaments and Alf is VERY popular...because how good he is. Imo he's comparable to dongx (which i currently think is the best hunter player rn) and the amount of technical knowledge and game sense in that match was absolutely insane. Finding explorer and letting FO not bleed out so anti can't get dungeon was absolutely bonkers lol
Also bq is pretty much a tie hunter nowadays. Her chase is strong and counters a ton of survs however mary doesn't have any camping ability. It really depends on the hunter's ability

The reason BQ found explorer is because he was wounded, and there's patches of blueish purple stuff on the ground near wounded survs! It was nearby that tree so that's why she predicted he'd be there

I main bloody queen to counter her use a good transitional kite character and the mirror have like 10 seconds o duration plus 15 cooldown so if you make her waste the mirror you get 25 seconds without mirror

For hunters it means that survivors are nearby somewhere close! It's the little icon with the ear in the top left that will show up.
