Doctor you're awesome, man, and I believe Allah is helping me today to become a freelance writer. I was just as you said scrolling into my LinkedIn and found a job description, I clicked on apply and now stuck on "upload a resume". I think that resume would eventually be this cover letter as you said in this video.

Yes, for sure! Experiment and see what gets you more responses. For foreign clients, though, I wouldn't mention my rate at first as I would initially like to know what figure they have in mind. For example, you might think 3 PKR per word is a phenomenal rate but the client being from a stronger economy might have 8 PKR per word in mind. Once you mention 3 PKR, then you're never getting anything better. So, mix and match to see what works
