४) स्किन Nourishing डाइट का जरूर खाने में इस्तेमाल करे |
५) विटामिन इ का सेवन करना इम्पोर्टेन्ट होता है |
६) रेगुलर एक्सरसाइज करे |
७) अगर खुजली हो रही है तो स्क्रैचिंग न करे उस जगह पर क्रीम या जेल का इस्तेमाल करे |

I also used bio oil shea butter creams olive oil coconut oil etc. regularly. Still I got stretch marks because my mother my sister has it.

Thank u mam for such an informative video. I am 32 years of age. Mam I have an IVF pregnancy and its 14 weeks now. I had 2 miscarriages from past ivf attempts. I have low lying placenta and had spotting too. So my gynaecologist has advised me complete bed rest. I can’t do exercise from day one of my pregnancy. I have gained 800gms in first trimester and I am not overweight. What can I do to keep a check on my further weight gain. I am taking nutritious and balanced diet.
