7:04 - Cora the horse is really connected to the Bison. She is running around and kicking while you run the herd down into the shute. She is excited too!
I think with all the commotion. She might be alittle stressed out
@@dianep3071 Right. I think that too. She obviously likes the bison. She is a beautiful horse!
She was going crazy!!
I thought same thing.. she wants it done she might not like the noise
I saw that too! â€
Impressive how smooth the skid-steer worked. The smoothest working and so many animals run thru. Impressive how much easier Big Joe went thru vs the first time you worked him. Less yelling, less stress, so much easier for you all too.
Would LOVE to have a sit down with Doc on what his assessment of your herds.
Do you every get a group picture after
Every time you work your herds, it gets smoother. You are learning techniques and things to make it easier and less stressful for you and the animals. Good job.
Wow. How y'all have grown!!! Amazing
And you deserve it - you CARE about the herd & take care of all.
Huge kudos đ
Good job working 'em this year! And I'm sure Marissa deserves every bit of the praise you gave her (and probably more!) for her part in this undertaking.
Love the skid steer, much safer for everyone. Poor Cora didn't know what was happening.
Cora is all hyped up with the bison going through and being all riled up. You can just glimpse her being frisky and running around. đđ
That was amazing!!! The skid steer worked really well. We Could feel the excitement and fun y'all were having.
Yes, it's nice to see how they take care of the bison.
â€â€â€
Wow! When the Hoss herd was running together, it was an awe inspiring thing to see! Gave me goosebumps! I imagined how the wild herds looked!
Spesielt skoler. En klem til nydelige Brook. Hilsen Nann-Hege fra Senja Nord Norge.
Yes! They are amazingly beautiful animals.
Beautiful
David, That was exactly how I felt. Magnificent experience.
The sound they must have made back then.
Thanks to everyone who helped with the Spring roundup. Hope Big Joe gets his weight back. Breeding season is coming soon!
The bison pusher worked amazingly well! So much safer for all involved. Another successful roundup.
I was really impressed by the way you all worked together to get the job done safely. Good Job!
Learning a lot!! Bison are a tough crew to deal with. Iâd say theyâre harder than cattle. Thanks to the whole gang for bringing us along. đ„°đ„°đ„°
Very interesting. All of you are hard workers. Scary and glad you all are ok. Magnificent creatures.
Makes me proud
Yes, running a bison farm is not easy.
Wow Dusty, Doc was broke down packed up and out the door and the sun was still up. You guys are getting faster that's for sure. Things are running really smooth. So happy for you and your family. Keep up the good work.
đđđđ
Thanks for all of the videos â€â€â€
Thank you for sharing how you work and continue to keep your bison fit, healthy and parasite free. It seems a stressful time but is over relatively quickly and their health is worth every minute spent on them. You have a lot of good friends who help and support you, well done everyone. The new pusher looks like it made a difference in both safety for humans and stress reduction for the bison so that is a great addition to the process. Thank you everyone. Stay safe and keep those animals fit and healthy. Xxx
Of all the wonderful places I have seen here on CZcams your videos ALWAYS make me want to pack up lock stock and barrel to be able to move next to your Bison Ranch and Volunteer every waking hour of my retirement helping with these Majestic Beasts. I so wish I could have seen the thousands and thousands of these beautiful creature's back in the day when they thundered for miles and miles across the plains. That had to be a sight to see.
Caprock Canyon, Texas. you can visit the Southern bison herd. Yellowstone Park, you can see the Northern bison herd. â€
@lmkmatthews Thank You for the information but in my case it might as well be on the MOON.
Great job to you all !! Gets smoother every time . The pusher was great ! I have to say, Iâd jump the fence to be with Big Joe too .. lol ! Never get tired of seeing handling day !! Blessings to you all!
Loved the music that accompanied the Hoss herd round up! Very old western feel! Beautiful job!
Thanks for the awesome feedback and for supporting the CTB team! Iâm glad you enjoyed the video as much as we enjoyed filming and editing it all together!
I have seriously enjoyed watching your channel over the last few years, watching your adventures, as well as little Brooks grow. I was raised on a farm, currently live in the city and every time I watch, it just takes me back to my roots. I love it. Thank you!
The new pusher worked great! Another exciting working the herd! Everyone really put in time for you.
So much excitement!!! Cora was jumping and kicking...The Bison are so beautiful and majestic!!! I was so glad the one female didnt break a leg or hurt herself.. that was a scary moment... You have an awesome team! Keep up the great work...Each video is getting better and better...Thanks Yall!
Thanks for the awesome feedback and for supporting the CTB team! Iâm glad you enjoyed the video as much as we enjoyed filming and editing it all together! It sure has gotten smoother over the years
Wow, Dunbar's only 25 pounds behind Big Joe in weight now? It'll be interesting to see how they compare at the fall working, and both bulls have had a chance to graze and get healthy. I missed Hoss' weight, was he in the 1100 range?
Cora was having fun kicking up her heels during all the excitement, and Jackie was taking a good nap, knowing all the people had her covered. Maya did a good job of staying out from under foot too. The bison all looked great, the crew was a well-oiled machine too. That pusher with the skid steer is just the ticket too.
That's amazing how up close you are with the bison. Thank you for bringing us along. I love all your videos đđ
Thanks for the awesome feedback and for supporting the CTB team! Iâm glad you enjoyed the video as much as we enjoyed filming and editing it all together!
Great job Dusty! Love it when things go well and no one gets hurt. Those are some huge animals!!
The pusher you had built for the skid steer is impressive! I was really surprised Big Joe didn't weigh much more than Dunbar! The de-wormer should help out a lot! Cora is just back and forth. It looks like everything went pretty smoothly! Congratulations on the success of the 2023 Spring round-up!
Wow that was a major job but it went so smoothly with all the good friends helping. It was so cool watching them all run together so close. Gave me goose bumps. SoâAmericanâ.â€ïžâ€ïž

That was amazing!!!Wow!how much easier Big Joe went thru vs the first time you worked him
Love this time of year. Everything went great, no injuries on either side of the fence. Wish I have been there. Thanks to you Dusty and your family and friends.
Good evening from Syracuse NY everyone thank you for sharing your adventures and your herds
Hi Dusty, when you were trying to get the bison in from the field, their running reminded me of the bison on âDances with Wolvesâ. The sound, the dust kicked up, the quick movements all looked like the movie.
So glad yâall have the pusher! So happy for you! Absolutely love your channel and the bison! We were at Yellowstone and had some walk by our car! It was amazing! Thank each of you for all that you do. I pray Gods richest blessings and continued hand of protection upon each of you! Nancy
As always love your videos working your awesome bison! What a good man Kevin is to be by your side on the bison ranchin' life. đ€ đ y'all
That pusher worked fantastic! Can't wait to see the herd change pastures next video. (I know that's your favorite thing, Dusty) :)

I love watching yâall work the bison. It brings back memories of helping my dad work cattle. Your bison pusher turned out great!
The music you played while you were chasing them trying to get them in and the way they where running was awesome. Brandon is a wiz at those controls I love when you guys do this these animals are so beautiful. Wait till Brooke is old enough to help I'm suprised Daniel and Huston wasn't there between you and them it's always entertainingđđ

Seeing that big herd running together like a herd of gazelles or something was so cool! Iâve never seen the bison run nsync together like that! That herd was the wildest forsure đ Big Joes herd also looked so good out in the pasture grazing together after getting worked. Looked like a wild herd! I always look forward to the spring an fall working videos. You have came a long way since the beginning Dusty an your doing awesome!!!
Always a good time seeing the Bison getting worked. Cora was having a good time of her own running and jumping in the background đ
Anybody else noticed a horse going crazy
Definitely đđ
Yes galloping around real crazy
Well done. Hope big Joe will be ok and starts to gain the weight again. Such a majestic beast. The leader
I also say WOW what a different story pushing through more bison in less time than the old days.
Wow, that was so smooth! You have fine-tuned your roundup nicely. Great help/friends making the system flow. Well done all.
THANK YOU for the wonderful videography, the names/relationships, and explanations of each task!!! Ranchers and farmers are extraordinary people--they work hard on their "place" then are always willing to help their friends and family! Dusty--you must be a good friend/neighbor because you have so many friends/family who are willing to help you out!
Chase and Chandler are very talented in videography, and seem to complement each other in their work! It is wonderful for you to have Doc as a vet--and even more so as a mentor! Brandon is incredible for only 14 yo--he does the work of a man! I hope he will follow in his Grandpa's footsteps! I know Doc is very proud of him! Jerry's skills were impressive working the skid steer! What a great help! Marshall did a great job in moving the herd! I know I have left out some friends--they all worked long and hard! I was worried about them coming out of the squeeze shoot--and turning into you guys instead of straight ahead!
THANKS for sharing with us, and answering questions!! God speed!
Thanks for the awesome feedback and for supporting the CTB team! Iâm glad you enjoyed the video as much as we enjoyed filming and editing it all together! It sure has gotten smoother over the years

I like the skill of Brandon selecting just one Bison very good skill Brandon.
Surprised how the Bison streach full length trying to get over the gates a real surprise for me.đ
When a person like Brandon is that good you can guess they like doing that job & a good idea to let them do that job.
Nothing like enjoying your work. Love that. â€
Team working together makes working bison easier. You had a great team this time
Wow! Looked like a commercial bison farm, running the bison through so efficiently! I know, thereâs a big difference you care for each bison on your pastures.
Docâs grandson is amazing with running the shoot.
Glad it all went well!
That's amazing to have such wonderful family and friends that all get together and help!
Love the ground view angle of the Bison.
Glad you got that bison pusher. It looked a lot safer for all of you!
So impressively fabulous how you all handle the Bison to get the job done. Each year you get better and faster even with the herds getting larger. Big wow at all the fencing, corraling (is that even a word, lol) and alley ways to get them to the shute. You take such great care of the Bison and it shows.
That pusher sure helped with moving such a large herd. Great filming. â€ïž
Its hard to believe these great big animals chase you around just to get those little cubes. Seriously, its something to watch. Thank you for sharing your lives with us. đ§âšđđ„°

Miss Jackie just sleeping under the truck while everyone is working that is soooo precious. â€â€â€â€â€
Yes the excitement has started and ended quicker than you can shake a stick. Thanks for the amazing work you do to grow the Bison.
You should patent your idea for the bison pusher for the skid steer. It works really well in controlling the bison

Really amazing. Itâs a big job checking on the herds. Thanks for taking us along!!!
Docs Grandson sure does a great job of the gates. I love watching your videos. Thank you Dusty!
It is so awesome to see those majestic animals as they run together. It takes nerves to help run a Bison much less a herd of Bison. Job well done to everyone who helped. It was great to get to see. God bless and keep each and every person helping in taking care of these animals.
I'm impressed by your willingness to be close to the big animals, I think you must enjoy doing it
Maybe a little! đ
