I obviously don’t know the relationship between Brittany and her parents, specifically her stepmom 14:39 but it seems like they have a good loving relationship. All this said, it just warms my heart seeing her say “parents” and “mom” and buying this cameo for them, especially as someone who a.) wasn’t invited to my dad and stepmom’s wedding and b.) doesn’t have a close relationship with my stepmom (and therefore my dad), having to call her Miss Loretta all throughout my childhood. Like, it’s the bare minimum but let’s buy a round for the step parents who actually love and respect the kids they marry into
I'm really sorry your dad and stepmom weren't better about integrating you into their marriage. You deserved that.
