I've been doing this routine along with my gym workout and I went to visit my BFF she said "girl you got on a booty pad " I almost died! Hell I had to go take a look at my butt! And yes, it's definitely working!!!

i incorporated this into my booty days during covid, and since then i get SO MANY compliments about my booty. i use a resistance band when i do it now, and even after doing it for years it burns so much!! thank you nicole

This is a great workout!!! I did this and could barely sit for 3 days straight...4th day did this work-out again and it was much easier the second time around. Love Nicole's workouts!

Hi Nicole l did this workout 2 times and l cant walk for 3 days this is means working is effective?or l did 1 time and 30 min cardioor seperate days cardio?sorry for my English. Many kisses from Melbourne.l used weights 9kg ×2 and one weight 8 kg.l used heavy because l like to build muscles.with light weight is same?

Thank you Maria. I cannot advise you since everyone is so different. However moderation and consistency is usually what I recommend. 3-4 times a week is sufficient. Change it up every 8-12 weeks.
I did this workout with 13lbs dumbells and im telling ya THIS WAS INTENSE I WAS SWEATING SINCE 2:00

It just depends what you're comfortable with. You can start with lights or without, or do fewer reps. Whatever it takes to get through the routine and work towards becoming stronger. Good luck!
